On a quick trip in Casper Wyoming visiting a friend for her birthday, and we a topped by the Bourgeois Pig in downtown! Very unique atmosphere, and the staff were very welcoming. The facilities are clean, and the decor is very eclectic with statement art everywhere! Plenty of comfortable seating; couches, booths, and tables. We tried the Arnie P: lemonade and blueberry hill tea, slightly sweetened. You can get an Arnie P. With any tea/lemonade combo you want! (Also, take time to ask about the tea options, and smell the loose leaf tea!) my friend got the Hells Half acre coffee. Typically it comes with boba, but she got it without, and it was still delicious! The inside is the coolest vibe! Dark and moody. With pops of pink. The freshly baked cookies are amazing, and HUGE. Keto latte is my absolute favorite, it's what I try to recreate at home. Service is prompt and authentic. read more

This is an incredibly heartwarming and heartening space to find in Casper, Wy. When I observe all the "Red State" freedoms restrictions and regulations in Wyoming, to find a place where ALL ARE WELCOME, I experience hope. What a ridiculously cute cafe! Wonderful ambiance, cute downtown location and yummy latte's. Kara made me a man off The menu pistachio white mocha latte. Which I paired with a blueberry bread pudding. Housemade from day old cinnamon buns of Course. So much character and good coffee. Five stars!! read more

Downtown Casper has quite a few cute storefronts and a few great food & drink choices but this was hands-down my favorite! Not only because of the fun juxtaposition of hot pink with punk rock decor, but also because of the menu choices and service. I chose "The best damn Keto latte" and they are correct with the name. My daughter tried the Lavender-Blueberry Smoothie and I had to have a few sips- so good! We sat in the back, enjoying the very Instagrammable mirror wall and reading all the fun concert posters. Our barista (and also owner, I believe?) is obviously very knowledgeable about all things coffee & tea, and we had a nice conversation about my visit to Casper and our mutual love of a music fest in my hometown of Las Vegas. I appreciate connections like that. This coffee shop would easily vibe in a funky urban space or a hipster college town just as easily as it fits in to a small western shopping area, but it's probably least expected in the latter, which only adds to the experience. Okay, I want to give this place more than 3 stars, but I can't. They have great coffee and the atmosphere is pretty darn cool. The down side is the ordering experience. Both times I've been here, the person taking my oder seemed completely out of it or acted like they just didn't care about their job at all. The second issue is that there's no menu posted. They have food, but you'll have to guess what it is and how much it costs. Writing it down for everyone to see would probably be a good idea. read more

Delightfully surprising, this quick stop for coffee on the road trip to Utah was wonderful. The highlight was the atmosphere and interior design. Masterful pairing of bourgeois (as the name suggests) with steampunk burlesque. Driving through town and wanted something local and found this place. Amazing coffee and the breakfast burritos are tasty. The chef came out asking if I like quiche. I LOVE QUICHE! Josh has done an incredible job with this space. The coffee is delicious and it's easy to tell that the owner is passionate about coffee, the process of making a great cup, and the atmosphere that goes along with enjoying the beverage. Speaking of atmosphere; the show posters that cover the walls are a blast to look at, the music is always on point, and the live music that rolls through his shop makes the downtown feel alive and energetic.
