Well, the service is slow. Time between ordering and receiving order is a pretty long wait. But, the servers do seem nice! So, depending on time of day, be prepared. It is not just a grab and go situation! Also, they could be clearer on prices for things displayed for sale on the shelves. Trying to flag down a server or ask them prices is a hassle for both the customer and the server. Just put a price tag on the corresponding shelf, at least! Their prices for the drinks are about the same as other chain coffee/tea places, maybe a tad bit more expensive (price vs. volume/size options). I am not sure about the food items as I did not have any. It is a wonderful little shop. Good for older couples, or people just wanting to spend time with each other without too many distractions. People who have time to kill and those who just want to chat, face to face. The drinks were pretty good. I had a blended iced caramel macchiato with whip cream. It was really nice. My daughter had a Blue Lotus energy drink with Blue Raspberry flavoring and she really enjoyed it (the menu above the counter doesn't tell you which items use the flavors list, so be sure to just check the flavors list, in case what you decide to get might sound like something you need flavorings for!) Fairly centrally located downtown so a lot of stores are just a jaunt away. read more

Trash, they microwave their sandwiches and are blatantly rude to staff, if you want a coffee shop from California this is your place, if you prefer $8 microwaved sandwiches with terrible service, then this is the spot for you! read more

Today as a group, we ordered lunch from Blue Ridge. It was outstanding! I ordered the hot pastrami on an everything bagel. It was some lovely pastrami! Visiting in town and decided to grab coffee here and Casey who is the giro who greet us was very rude, we mentioned we have never been here before and she act like she didn't care basically said "oh we sell coffee so.." I ordered a white mocha but then saw the strawberry sub-day and ask her if u could change it and her attitude was just pissy. As a operations manager your customers are your biggest marketing and places like this that are local the word of mouth is a must!!! Very dissapointing for a first time visit. read more

BlueRidge is a great place to go if you have up to 30mins to an hour to wait for your drink or food. Every time I come to blueridge it takes about 10mins per car... and if you order ahead it takes them 30 minutes plus all the cars ahead of you. We enjoyed our breakfast and drinks we got as we were passing through Casper. The fruit was fresh, juice was tasty and the coffee tasted like coffee. The egg witches and omelet were tasty too! Good service and relatively quick too. read more

This is my new favorite restaurant in Casper and probably the healthiest too. They have fresh fruit smoothies, coffee, tea, Italian sodas, oatmeal, sandwiches, soup, salads, and plenty of sweet treats too all wrapped up in a cozy atmosphere. I was making one of my many visits to my family, and discovered this wonderful oasis just up the street! This is a comfortable coffee shop at the corner of Poplar and Wyoming Blvd. It offers high quality food, coffee, and tea. It has a drive-through for busy moms, excellent espresso, very nice eggs, and the service was wonderful! The best thing, though, was the amazing fresh fruit! The breakfast comes with an extra-large serving of luscious fresh fruit- it was so good! I had an omelette with my choice of 4 veggies or meats and fruit- blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries, and buttered toast. (See photo) yum!! I will be back to try the sandwiches. I went here to this venue to pick up a sandwich for a delivery service. I stood there waiting and being ignored until I ask a specific girl about an order I was to pick-up and deliver. She said that company they do not do business with. I asked then how did I get a pick-up scheduled. She had an attitude and clearly DID NOT want to be talking to me as she was facing another direction to her right. I reviewed the information and did a order and pay. I was COMPLETELY flabbergasted the disrespectful entire young girl crew! I had to ask her if she was talking to me or someone else. The sandwich was ready she brought it to me in a Styrofoam clam. NO BAG .I also had to request the receipt. A napkin perhaps would have been nice. She brought me the sandwich in a bag that she shoved to me all crumpled up at the top. I don't know what her problem with me or the company I work for, but ALL of them were the absolute most rude in attitude and speaking. I don't care to EVER go th this place again. Ordered a bacon and egg sandwich to go, got to my destination and the sandwich was bred and bacon? Called to let them know and they said "do you want to come in for a refund" and I said no I'd like my proper sandwich and she said "oh I'm sorry the ticket was written wrong". So I questioned, "I guess I'll just eat the bacon on dry bread" to which she replied "ok great, you have a nice day then". BEWARE. I went to Blue Ridge today, when I got there there were two cars ahead of me in line. By the time I got my drinks I literally waited about 30 minutes. I ordered two peanut butter mochas that have always come with chocolate drizzle in the two plus years I've been going there, and neither of them had it. When I asked why they were not made the normal way, I was rudely told this was optional. The drink is peanut butter, chocolate, and espresso but apparently 1/3 of it is optional. At this point I had to get going with my day and didn't have another 30 minutes for them to make my drink correctly, but when I went to drink it it had no espresso in it!!!! I ordered both with EXTRA espresso and only one had any in it, and it barely tasted like it had one shot much less two. The other literally had no espresso/coffee in it! So beware potential consumers, if you go here they do not care if they provide you with what you purchase. Make sure you specify all of the ingredients you want in your coffee, and reiterate that you do want coffee in it or they might just decide it's "optional." read more

Took a day off from fishing all week and came to Blue Ridge Coffee for a light lunch before exploring Casper. My mom and I had the turkey basil panini and we absolutely loved it. Fruit was fresh and the tomato basil soup was delicious. We definitely will be coming back next time we are in Casper. read more

Ordered lunch with diet soda, dispenser was out of syrup for drink so I told the staff, they said nothing could be done and I could have another drink. Ordered chai tea which they wanted to charge me the difference, so I ordered water and then had to ask for refund for soda which seemed to surprise them. Got my water and then sat and while my friends lunch came and mine did not, I finally asked if my lunch was coming and about 15 min after everyone else at table got their, they finally scooped out my soup and bread .. how long should you need to wait for a meal that is already prepared and in a canister? They were not pleasant about the fact that I wanted to get the meal I had ordered and paid for. Will not go back and it's too bad because we live close by an I would like to do business with local shops and cafe. read more

This is totally my favorite place in town. I love everything about this little café. The service was slightly slower than expected, however there were a lot of customers. Surprisingly, it wasn't loud inside at all. The coffee was excellent for the price. There is free and fast wifi available for anyone. I didn't try the food, but if it's anywhere close to the quality of the coffee then it is well worth the money. It's a great environment for studying or just for socializing. read more
