When I went to cancel and ask for the small payments I made be refunded, suddenly the $250 was only partial payment and no refund will be given on the other small payments. We had the police come to the "call center" location, and filed a police report, as Solach Tapia (Manager, pre-op operations) told the police that we would be receiving $2,600 of the $3,600 (they were going to keep $1,000 - no agreement to that) between yesterday and today. NO money was received through Zelle as the police said Solach Tapia had agreed to with the police. Now, she even lied to the police of which was recorded on his body cam. Prior to this, Solach denied it was her to our face, sent us to another facility, broke hippa rules, was extremely nastry, and blocked our phone number. The policeman told us the owner's names are: Abdiel Cartaya Rafael Rodriguez Alleged upcoming charges, once the police are finished with their report, might include (civil charges against Solach and Boutanic Aesthetics), which are all documented: Violation of Hippa Laws Lying to the Police (on body camera) Non-refund of the full $3,600 Court costs and legal fees Travel costs & some others. I've paid Boutinic to have a breast augmentation with a lift and implant replacement + lipo 360 with bbl. After rescheduling me 3 times, they sent me to Premier Aesthetics with doctor Deirdre, which I met 2 hs before surgery. Well, I had the contract signed only the day before and, if you cancel the surgery by your choice, you lose your money. The doctor never asked me how I wanted my breast, size, shape, nothing. I was told they didn't make my breast cause I had a low blood pressure episode and they had to stop the surgery but she had time enough to lipo both of my arms. She had 2 more women after me and I entered surgery room around 8pm, meaning she was tired and in a hurry (I gues). I woke up 11pm with them literally slapping my face and giving me Coca Cola to drink cause they had more ladies to kick out of the clinic beside me. After one episode of low blood pressure, seems kind odd to me, kick me out of the clinic without the doctors presence cause she was not there. Also the staff didn't allowed me to call 911 as I requested, probably because doctor was not there anymore. Boutinic which is the clinic I've paid the $7600 refuses to give me the refund for the breast surgery 8 months later, they blocked my phone numbers. BEWARE!!! My sister and I decided to schedule procedures with Dr. Nees at Boutinic Aesthetics. Melisa was very attentive initially. Once our money was collected, things started to change. I am a nurse and asked a few specific questions .I was told I could not speak to the doctor until I arrived at the clinic. Shortly before we were scheduled to arrive for our pre-op appointment, we were told to go to Moon Plastic Surgery instead of Boutinic. A little shocking since we have never heard of Moon Plastic Surgery, but ok. They explained that it was their sister facility where the procedures were performed. Upon arrival at the Moon clinic (the day before our scheduled procedures), I was told I could not talk to the doctor on this day as he was still in surgery. I saw the surgeon walk through the office several times during my 4-hour pre-op visit but could still not speak to him. During the visit, I was pulled back by a salesperson who tried to pressure us into buying a package of massages and IV drips for several hundred dollars more. We were also charged another $240 for post-op Lovenox injections, a covid antigen test, more blood work that was already completed during our pre-op clearance, antibiotics, and pain medicine. This was not disclosed previously, and we were told the doctor made it a new requirement a few days prior. On the day of surgery, I was put in a dirty room with two biohazard boxes. The nurse who came in pulled out a paper gown and laid it across the nasty biohazard boxes before putting it on me. My sister and I contracted to have our procedures done by the same doctor, Dr. Nees. However, I realized after my procedure that my sister and I had our procedures done simultaneously, so it is not clear who did our procedures since we never met the doctor. After being released, in the most inhumane way possible (I was literally dumped into the back seat of the car while my brother-in-law was helping my sister in the front, both of us actively bleeding through our clothes and garment. 5 minutes away, we got to our room covered in blood and in excruciating pain. My sister and I were given paper prescriptions to fill at a pharmacy even though we paid for the medicine the day prior to be provided in office. No pharmacy in the area would fill the pain medicine. Apparently, there is a drug problem in the area. My sister was given a prescription for a medication that was clearly documented as an allergy. I finally pulled myself together enough to get up because I was soaking wet and freezing. I began pulling the soaked surgical pads off, and 2 of my incisions were still actively bleeding heavily, not draining, but bleeding. One incision in my pelvic area where they hit a superficial artery shot blood across the bathroom every time I uncovered it. Thankfully, I am a nurse and was able to address this in time. We called the office, and they were no help at all. They stated the doctor was gone for the day, and insisted the bleeding was normal. When I went back and insisted on speaking to the doctor the next day, they sent a man they called "The Assistant" in, who tried to explain that fluid drainage was normal Lymph fluid under pressure from my garment. After explaining that I have been a nurse for over 25 years, he back peddled and agreed that it might have been a cut vessel. At that point, he changed the subject and explained that HE (not Dr. Nees) could not do what was discussed before my procedure because I did not pay for extra lipo. I digress... This was the man who marked me before my procedure and stated I did not have enough fat to transfer from my upper torso. We agreed that he would remove it from my thighs, which was not done because I didn't pay extra. The conversation with "The Assistant" concerned me because multiple times he stated how HE had a hard time getting enough fat to transfer and HE was not able to do my thighs. Coupled with the fact that my sister and I were done at the same time leads me to believe "The Assistant" and not Dr. Nees did my procedure. I was told I'd have to pay $3000. They were the rudest, most unprofessional, good for morning people to deal with. BEWARE!!! Don't do it. It had surgery 2 years ago, and what I thought would build my confidence has only made me feel worse than I did before. If I could upload breasts here so you could see the tragedy I would. It's hard to get help from other surgeons in your area without your med records because they are literally scared to touch you. When I called/ emailed them to say I had complications no response. Basically, after surgery and they got surgery, you won't hear from them, but you know who called to check on me,my recovery house. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I was scheduled for Lipo 360 November 1st. I made a full payment and then I received a call saying that I'm going to have to switch surgeons. Ok no problem. Then when the time got closer to the appointment and I sent in my lab work and clearance from my primary care I received a call the the surgeon didn't want to do the lipo but could do a tummy tuck if I sent another $1300. I declined and stated that I just wanted the Lipo that I paid for. I traveled all the way to Miami and checked into my hotel the day before surgery when I received another call saying that the surgeon would not do the surgery unless I was getting a tummy tuck. I went back and forth with the ladies at the office and was getting nowhere. They told me my only options were pay the extra and get the tummy tuck or cancel the surgery and get a refund but lose out on my $1000 deposit. After all the stress I decided to just cancel the surgery and was told I would receive a refund in 30-60 days. I received no refund 4 months later. I called the office and they said I would have to wait another month because there's 7 people ahead of me waiting for a refund. Don't waste your time with this place. Do not go here if you are anticipating seeing a specific doctor. This is one of the worst experiences and the definition of a true nightmare. We were traveling from MD to see Dr Torres. 2 weeks before our procedure- he spontaneously had to cancel. We were given no detail besides the fact he cannot do the surgery that week. They suggested Dr Morales. Who had no pictures online, no ratings, and we knew absolutely nothing about him. When we decided to cancel due to MULTIPLE red flags-we couldn't get an itemized receipt for SEVEN days. We continued calling, got hung up on, ignored text messages, ignored phone calls, and when we finally got an answer it was because we threatened to hire a lawyer. We never even got back our $500 deposit even though NONE of this was our fault. I would never recommend this place. Find somewhere else!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are super nice while collecting your money. . afterwards they could care less about you! First I paid for a mommy makeover - tummy tuck, breat lift, back lipo. Day of surgery doctor informed me that he can not do the tummy tuck because i don't have enough skin to pull down and would have complications, also my back lipo could not be done because I was slightly anemic. I did receive the breast lift.. had complications - open areas, looking infected. I had to call numerous times trying to get an appointment with Dr. Torres and was told to just send pictures. Two days later I finally received prescription for antibiotics and ointment to apply. I keep asking about my refund and also all my medical records and still have not received information nor a return call regarding when I will get my money refunded. My surgery coordinator initially said that i could get $1000 back, but why? The doctor recommended not doing those procedures.. so why am I not entitled to a full refund? First of all, I was never contacted ONCE after they took my $500 deposit, I called them 4 days before my surgery and they told me they didn't contact me because they "lost my phone number" but yet they called me every day to collect the deposit! They also had my email and sent me text messages (Melissa Rosales). supposedly it was a system issue that happened in September but I spoke with them in October. That was the first red flag I disregarded. They then had me pay %90 of the total amount of the surgery and the paper work they sent me stated that the payment needed to be paid a month before surgery. Also My surgery should've been paid off TWO WEEKS PRIOR to the surgery and I still owed $800! The paper work also said Payment made within 15 days of your surgery can only be a balance of $500. The paper work ALSO stated you are required to have your laboratory results and medical clearance results submitted to our office within 15 to 30 days prior to your surgery date. I did mine 3 DAYS before my surgery due to being spoken to LAST MINUTE! RED FLAG I flew in from Colorado the day of my preop appointment and I was sent to a clinic called "moon aesthetics" which I've never even heard of. RED FLAG. I expected to pay the $800 I owed plus -$180 Lovenox $80 Covid Test -$20 CBC even tho I could've got Covid tested for FREE somewhere else. Luckily I didn't get to the point of paying the $800 I owed. The lady I spoke with at my preop started naming all the things I needed to pay for that was "necessary" after my surgery such as fajas, boards, bbl pillow, an injection, an iv, massages, medication, and that total Alone came up to about $2000 EXTRA that I wasn't aware of having to pay. I ended up paying $680 at my preop and all I got was my blood drawn, 2 fajas that didn't fit for $150 EACH! That wasn't including the $800 I still owed. I literally had to hold back my tears during my preop appointment because I felt so taken advantage of and so defeated. Not to mention I never even ONCE seen the doctor that was doing the surgery which is another RED FLAG.I ended up calling an hour or so after my preop appointment to tell them I couldn't afford it because it was costing me WAY more than what I thought it was going to be! They offered me a deal but I declined it because I didn't feel comfortable with going thru with it, after all the red flags and feeling like everyone in that office was only there to collect my money and send me on my way. It was the worst experience I could've possibly had and caused me so much stress, especially trying to get everything done 4 days before my surgery. I wasted $200 on an EKG, lost my $500 deposit paid $680 for 2 fajas, and they are also keeping $1000 out of the $3200 I sent them for cancelling. They told me it takes 30-60 days for my refund but we're so quick to take $3760 from me. All I'm getting back from that amount is $2200. As a nurse my self understanding patient care and patient education these people are so unprofessional unreliable and misguiding. I was hassled down to make a down payment when they were trying to sell me into their promotion of Lipo I asked various questions and asked questions about the surgeon that I wanted to operate on me and my surgical coordinator Liuva, called me 4 times in a row saying "theres only 1 spot left with the dr you want on 10/3 I need your deposit now to hold it" the second that went through, they had me booked with the wrong doctor, she had fed me false info just to make me book with them, I have called to clarify so many times that they send me to different coordinators voicemails, when I asked to speak to a manager they said she was on vacation & didnt have anyone cover .. what kind of medical facility doesnt have a back up go to person. They called me days before leaving to tell me that the dr i want wasnt availablr for the 3rd like I was told & I would do surgery later.. AFTER booking a flight, paying for my pre-op blood work & clearance & my stay.. the least they could was refund me my deposit after false advertising & scheduling screw ups on there end.. they contacted me via email to say they would reschedule me.. WHO the hell would feel safe going under the knife with an office this unprofessional & misleading. BEWARE! The surgery coordinators are a very "SHADY" crew. I dealt with Solonge and Gabriela to see Dr.Torres for a consultation that was advertised as free all over social media. I was then told that 3 pics via phone WAS the consultation! ( probably viewed by the cleaning lady in the office). I request a face to face consultation ( the normal kind) and I'm told that it's $250. OK. Still wanted to have him look me over so it was withdrawn from my account.To make a long story short that was 2 weeks ago. They took my money. They refuse to return calls/ emails or texts.They never gave me an appointment and after many attempts to get my refund back I had to cancel it through my bank. When I call the office Solonge hangs up on me or puts me on hold permanently. Gabriela never responded at all other than to send me email contracts committing me to surgery without even seeing the Dr. This place is an unethical clown show.
