This is one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. Not enough people to help. I would say this in French but more people should be aware that no matter where you are, phone companies are not at synonymous with customer service, especially when you go abroad, as a foreigner where the bad places are and which companies to avoid.
I came to get help activating a sim card I purchased online and they didn't help much online so I went in to the store. I was handed a phone and they told me to talk and they went for other customers. They didn't think to come over and try to help me when I want to have a working phone so I could then walk out and not have to waste time by coming back again. This is not professional behaviour and I would not recommend this location of Bouygues, of course I don't like big business so therefore I don't think as a whole they are a customer oriented entity when you would have more people in store or helping and explaining better to get more people out sooner. Even if you know quite adequate french it's not at all a pleasant experience seeing people after me getting served when no one is trying to help me figure out things on my end. read more
