I've been dealing with Bow Mitsubishi since 2015. I bought off my niece her 2009 Mitsubishi outlander, I enjoyed the last 10 years of driving that vehicle. That vehicle was fully loaded. It was the cat's meow. I enjoyed every bit of it but now it was time to move on and find something more 21st-century. I went from Japanese to Korean. I was on a website that shows all the dealership vehicles and private sales of people selling their vehicles till I came across bow Mitsubishi selling a 2022 Kia Soul, I went to the dealership and I test drove a beauty and enjoyed every second, minute and hour of driving that vehicle. I knew this was the vehicle for me. It was really funny when I drove into the bay and there are three people behind the desk. Michael said hi Wendy and the other two looked at him like how do you know her? I should have said, I'm family. It's really nice when you go somewhere and people know your name, that they make every effort to help you. I am well pleased with my purchase from Bow, I had some issues and spoke to Kyle who was able to get it rectified right away. I was able to acquire kia visors for my vehicle. Would never recommend multiple bad personal experiences with this place first and not the worst I can in to get my lancer serviced as I had a blowen turbo gasket and the laughed me out of there service bay . Secondly my wife brought her car in for a service a few months ago and when asked where she has been for so many km she stated I have been doing her services , and she only wanted her $40 oil change and 60 point inspection as I was working out of town tonight when I went to do her service I found they took it upon them selfs to lock tight on the oil filter and a 30min job too me 4hrs . The only nice thing I can say about the dealership is there service desk the two guy they have there are nice and helpful but would go platinum Mitsubishi 10/10 read more

Be careful. Our experience here was all but great. We started off discussion via their website and emails. We were told they would do what they could for our business. Without boring you, I will make it short. Sales person was good, nice, friendly and made connections. Once "Guy" got involved for the numbers for a vehicle we got to a bi weekly we were somewhat okay with. Overnight we crunched numbers to figure out why the bi weekly wasn't lower. Turns out after I went back to see what was going on, the verbal agreements did not line up with what they were doing on paper. Instead of admitting fault, or being kind and trying to "earn my business" as they put it. "Guy" told me how much of a loss the verbally discussed prices would be a for him and argued with me when I told him I can just go elsewhere and probably get a better deal. Sadly, had the approach from "Guy" been any different, we probably would have bought from them. I had to ask twice for my deposit back and when I was handed it "Guy" was non apologetic and just said "here is your cheque". Now I will go out of my way to find a better deal at a different dealership and yes, I will also make sure it's not affiliated with this one. *update: The dealership called to apologize with the old "we went above and beyond" along with the "I'm sorry you feel that way". When I said I would not come back for them to have my business (despite them wanting to "earn" it) he concluded the call with "well, good luck". His verbal judo skills over word choice was an attempt to make me feel I was in the wrong. Whoever owns this place needs to get their finance people some communication training and manners. **update.
