Even at night and on weekends, I have received an immediate response to my questions. That is something that in this day and age is very rare. I can't think Nicolas and his team enough for providing a level of comfort with this new system, that was, quite frankly, very intimidating when I first bought the boat. It's great to know I have someone to rely on in the future if I ever have additional questions.

We ended up renting a van and installing all the furniture back on the yacht in the boat yard ourselves. Countless unreturned phone calls and frankly the lack of communication lead to a chaotic experience.
