Occasionally I've worked from home in my downstairs office, and I hear them come in. Not only are they extremely kind and seem genuinely happy to be seeing your pet, but they give my dog some good exercise. I'll come upstairs after work to see my pup asleep and happy. We…read moreknew we needed to put our cat to sleep and the vet hospital near us referred us to this location (since they were too busy to take anyone that evening). They greeted us at the door and escorted us to a room in the back. The room had chairs, blankets and they told us that if we wanted, they had drinks and snacks available. Once we were settled, they took the time to explain the process. Basically, we had as long as we needed (and could literally stay all night if we wanted to). They explained the various prices and options but weren't pushy in any way. They were as present (or non present) as you needed and wanted them to be (there was a buzzer you pressed when you needed anything). They brought in ink pads and paper so we could take paw prints of our dear Rocky and clippers and paw print keychains so we could clip some of his hair. They also clip hair and make a paw print as well (so you don't have to do it if you don't want to or in case you don't get a good one). We spent time saying our goodbyes and they give the option to be in the room when they pass or if we want to wait somewhere else. My kids did not want to be there when it happened, so they took us to another room and my husband stayed with Rocky. He passed peacefully in my husband's arms and then they took Rocky to get ready for the next steps. They didn't rush us out after the fact. they let us spend some time collecting ourselves and then were able to take us out a back door so we didn't have to walk through a waiting room full of animals. If you are ever in the unfortunate situation where you have to put a pet to sleep, this location and their staff were angels on earth. they really were as amazing as they could be for the situation we were in and we are so grateful for the compassionate care both Rocky and us received.

They have an adorable selection of dog toys and leashes which made me wish I had a dog so I could buy some of those. The store seems to mainly cater to dogs, since majority of the areas are dog food/toys/supplies. There's a smaller cat section in the back, but still many options for toys and food nonetheless. I even saw a corner for hamster supplies.
