I pick the color, and I ask if she wants my name and number... She replies no, they will be in Wednesday afternoon. Ok I thought... Strange, but ok. I came back all excited on Wednesday it was 1ish. She tells me the truck will be here very soon. The owner must have been there, he pipes up... We can call you, do we have your number... The lady puts her head down as I say, No no you don't. The gentleman has me write it down says he'll call as soon as the truck arrives. It's now 5:00pm same day no call and they close soon. So I decide to stop back by and check. No truck, it's stuck at a port. And this means?!! Come back a third time... Sure ok... I then get a call on my cell about 30 minutes later explaining to me about the truck and that if I don't hurry in the morning, and get there she does not know how many will be left.. What?!! They were ordered for me, don't you think they should all be there for me?! Anywho... I show up at 9:45 am and the place is packed... I have to go across the lot to get any help... She takes me inside.. We look and look... Guess what! No flowers! She calls the supplier and he explains to her they are sold out. I'm like for reals!? Rediculous!

With no communication other than my online order, an absolutely stunning floral arrangement was delivered in a little over an hour.
