Feel ripped off by this place. I asked for a poinsettia, that I was willing to spend $50. Frankly I could have gone to any Kroger franchise (Smith's) and gotten the same thing for $19.95. Outstanding customer service (driver Carrie reached out to me directly to confirm some things that didn't look right, and could have affected the delivery). Carrie was able to change delivery instructions, and get a GORGEOUS arrangement and chocolate to the recipient without a hiccup. Hannah designed the arrangement (I ordered a florist choice using most seasonal plants / flowers) and it was truly beautiful. Customer service was great. Ordering online was easy. Delivery was smooth. The problem is that the bouquet that was received looks nothing like what I ordered. I understand it's not going to be an exact match to the advertised picture, but the colors aren't even the same! I spent an hour agonizing over which bouquet my sister would like the best. In the end it didn't matter because they use whatever flowers are available and, while pretty, the bouquet looks nothing like what I selected. I'd suggest you order elsewhere if you're like me and expect to receive what you ordered. It's a bummer that this is the outcome since my experience with this florist started out so wonderfully. read more

After checking Yelp for a florist.... mind you there are not a lot of choices, I decided to call them, even though they had no reviews, 3 filtered, however, that were all 5 stars. Easy as pie.. as they say in Logan. Yep, they could deliver on a Saturday. Yep, they could have it delivered in a few hours. Stephanie was very helpful and friendly. I wanted to send something special to my daughter who is attending the local university so I did some digging and found this business that seemed okay at a glance so I called them to arrange for some flowers to be delivered to my daughter for valentines day,well what an amazing experience it was from start to finish,Alice was awesome!! Very professional and extremely accommodating. The best part is she knew where my daughters building was that she is staying in (tricky to find if you don't know the campus) and hand delivered the most amazing arrangement of flowers to her.It doesn't stop there she also provided my daughter with instruction on how to care for the flowers and when they have lived their life and dry out how to preserve them. I tried FTD, Proflowers, 1-800-flowers and none of them would arrange for a same day delivery in that area. I decided to try calling a local florist direct. I called and talked to Ben. He was extremely helpful and friendly, assured me that they can send an arrangement that afternoon. They did a wonderful job. I live out of state and found this flower shop on line. I used them to deliver flowers to my sisters grave in the Logan cemetery for her birthday last July. I had them deliver some arrangements for Halloween last October. They sent me a picture of the flowers and other decorations that were on the grave. I felt somewhat misled by them as they didn't tell me that they did not provide the decorations that had been there when they delivered the flowers leading me to believe that they were part of the order as I had asked for decorations to be part of the order. I later found out they were placed there from someone else. Recently I asked to have some flowers delivered to the cemetery for Christmas, I was told the delivery would be for twenty dollars, it had gone up five dollars, the reason they said was the difficulty of locating the grave, I explained that they had delivered there for me before and they were aware of the graves location. The person on the phone told me that was the way it was and I told her I would call another flower shop and she said that was fine. I had intended to use that florist to take care of all my flower delivery needs throughout the year. They didn't seem too interested in retaining my business so I found another flower shop. read more

Hands down the best florist in the Logan area. We found ourselves in much the same situation late afternoon on a Saturday as the previous reviewer. We placed an order online and called to follow up. Their selection and arrangements are classy, I get so worried when I place online orders that they end up looking like cheap supermarket carnation bouquets. Not the case here. Only the freshest, lushest blooms, and very elegantly arranged. I had originally picked a Monday delivery but she made it possible to be delivered that day. The whole experience was so delightful that I signed up for weekly flower delivery of arrangements made of their florists choice. You won't regret this. read more

I order a bouquet of rare flowers that I had at our wedding that cost me $150 on January 4th to be delivered to my wife on Valentine's Day. My wife was gone at the time they delivered and I called about 10 min after they left to see if I could pick them up or if they could have the delivery person turn around as they were probably still in the neighborhood. They said they wouldn't have the delivery turn around and re-deliver to my house, they also said I could not pick them up that day because they would be closed. I was VERY FRUSTRATED, but then at around 8pm they had the delivery person come to my home and deliver the flowers, along with an apology and a box of chocolates. This was wonderful, the only thing I would have appreciated is that they would have had the person I spoke to on the phone about the re-delivery tell me they would get the flowers to me. Had they said this, no matter the hour I would know they were working on it. In the end I am very satisfied and I think they are very good to their customers. Thanks Flower Shoppe!!!! read more

Their selection is excellent and the florist will bring out a sample of each stem they have in stock for you to see. They always know the names of the flowers and something about them. As soon as I walked into The Flower Shoppe, I was greeted by a cheerful, young lady who wanted to help me. I was afraid my request would be bit harder than most for I wanted a beautiful bouquet, with long lasting flowers, but no overpowering fragrance. This was to be a very special bouquet for my ill friend who, though blind, would appreciate the touch and light fragrance of each flower, leaf, and stem. There was only one bouquet of pink roses in the cooler at that time so I was wondering what options they had. "We have just received our shipment of flowers...." and she offered to make the special bouquet and it could be ready today! WOW! She suggested a few flowers and we discussed cost, which was reasonable. I felt good about this. I made payment and walked out, fully trusting in her judgment. Later, when I returned, the bouquet was finished and it was BEAUTIFUL! A cute little card, envelope, holder, and box were also provided. I was so pleased with the arrangement and even more importantly, my friend was pleased and overjoyed to receive this beautiful bouquet. "Oh, they are so beautiful! Everyone is complimenting me on them!" Several times during my visits with her, she complimented me on the flowers. They had warmed her heart and brought her joy. It meant so much to her and to me.
