He has been such a bad leasing manager that he will actually make you want to unalive yourself. He did all this while I was caring for my husband who recently found out he has stage 4 incurable cancer and was given less than 6 months to live. He only cares about money and not human life........ Even though he knows that I've been in business for over 15 years. He would rather me lose my business over a few dollars than to work with me due to husband illness. I'm almost certain he and his family has profited off the backs of my ancestors but has an issue when it comes to show grace to someone else. He has no soul...

The move in home was flawless. We were obviously incredibly concerned about the right tentents and were assured by John himself all the ways they screen tenants. When they told us they found a tenant (and turned down others that were not "qualified") we felt excited about the whole process. Over the course of the next 5 years (our tenants renewed the lease) we made the unfortunate mistake of believing Reeves was living up to its promises that it claims on their website about making sure properties are managed and values maintained. We didnt live in the area and fully expected our paid management company to make sure our property was well taken care of. When the tenants moved out, we were left with 17K in damage - every bit of flooring in the home had to be replaced, some down to the sub flooring. The amount of dirt was incomprehensible. They left us a dumpster and a half full of items in the house that had to be cleaned out. Fans were broken, outlets broken, even the stove had a fire behind it that was undisclosed and wires had to be replaced. When we asked for inspections over the years, Reeves clammed up. We were told "next week" "next week" and we were trying to figure out how to property file against the tenants for damages. Reeves decided that it was because we want to sue them and refused to turn over or talk about our property through our contact. Once my husband got into touch with John, we felt better and that he was going to chat with us and that they would help us file against the tenant. Once again, there were no calls back, and when my husband called him again to discuss it, john HUNG UP on my husband and said "my attorney said not to talk to you." I have videos, pictures, and long list of required things we had to clean up on the home. If you care about your property and need a rental agency that will VALUE you and make sure the tenants are maintaining the property as well as support you when there are issues, this is NOT the company for you. If we can save even one family from having to experience the poor level of management and customer service we have, then I feel better. I will be adding video of our home online as well so people can see how bad it really was. The pictures do not even do it justice. The 3rd party inspector said it was the "worst he has ever seen". The most unfortunate part of this has been their customer service. Hiding behind an attorney rather than talking about where they failed is a sure sign of a company that will not take your assets with care.

I have been dealing with them on several situations for over a year now and not one of the issues have been resolved. They insist on communicating over email but never respond and when going to speak with them in person they have the nerve to argue when the fault falls on them entirely. Poor customer service, lack of empathy, they honestly have made the whole experience worse. Would give them negative stars if possible.

    These people manage my neighborhood's HOA. They cited me last month saying my lawn needed edging…read more Fair enough. It was over-due, so I took care of it. Then they come back this month, cite me again -- this time with a $50 fine -- despite there being NO grass growing over the driveway or sidewalks at all. They don't knock, ring your doorbell or anything to discuss the issue face to face. They just leave a door hanger. I call them and they say they don't know anything. I've lived here four years and never an issue until now. These people are out of their f---ing mind. Avoid these bozos at all cost.

My house and property are in great shape. I think there is something shady going on with this company. They just took over our HOA as well. Now I agree our neighborhood could use a little help with the property owners maintaining their properties but this is some nit picky stuff that they are doing to me when there are way bigger problems to be concerned about. They are concerned about Property values but property values do not decrease over a little lawn edging!!!!!!!! When you call the office a girl answers and she does not want to give any information about the company and also she said she was told not to give the address out. Today is Friday 9 30 am and (Marvin the person who she says is in charge of our HOA is not in the office) I feel like this company may start being more of a problem than a solution. If anybody else out there has experience with this company please leave a review.

This place offers spacious apartments, nicely designed with high ceilings, arches, large kitchens, whirlpool tubs, and plenty of big windows giving you lots of natural light regardless of which direction your apartment faces or whether you're on the first or second floor. The complex is off quiet streets behind a nice upper scale shopping center on du rhu, right off Dauphin and very convenient to I-65. The apartments are gated and you feel very safe and secure in the area. The reason I only gave the apartment 4 stars when in actuality it's 5 star quality is the maintenance and service I've received as a corporate housing renter. Maintenance and cleaning between renters leaves a lot to be desired and it did not appear to be a very high priority for the maintenance staff prior to my moving in. All of the issues I reported when I moved in have gone unaddressed. And while none of them are more than eye-sore type issues, that shows a lack of commitment to your tenant, even if they're renting through a housing company. When I moved in there was a large stain in the master bedroom carpet in front of the master bath door. Multiple sinks had water damage in the vanities and cabinets below them. There was minor water damage to the master bath ceiling from a past leak in the 2nd floor unit above. The weather stripping around the doors is torn and deteriorated (this would be much more of an issue for me if I was paying the a/c or heating bills!). The maintenance crew used gloss paint for the touch up and spot painting they did between tenants, when the rest of the walls are painted flat. So now when you walk in you see reflective spots all over the hallway, bathroom, and bedroom walls. Finally, there are coffee mug rings all over the coffee table and trim on top of the halfwall near the toilet in the master bath. None of these issue reflect poorly on the apartments themselves, but it does reflect on the maintenace staff's workmanship and management's priorities. There have been a couple other issues I did not let linger... the A/C and thermostat have had a few hiccups. I've stayed on top of those issues and they were resolved satisfactorily, usually within hours of reporting the issue, though one instance required several phone calls and leaving work to meet the maintenance working at my apartment to point out that the A/C was indeed not working (when the thermostat is set at 72 and the unit reads 76... just because you might think 76 isn't 'too hot' that doesn't mean the A/C is working!). All in all, very nice place to live... even if you have to be aggressively proactive to get maintenance done on your place!
