We went here the day after Thanksgiving, relieved to have found a place open we thought bowling sounded like a bundle of fun after a long day of cooking. We were most intrigued by the multiple photos of the mozerlla sticks. And boy were we in for a treat, these mozerlla sticks were pippin' hot! Crispy on the outside and oh so very gooey on the inside (somewhat like the grinch) the cheese pull was a solid 10/10. A cheese pull that could get you to tin buck too and back.... twice! my shoes were still warm when I put them on, super nice addition they must have shoe warmers. Didn't even know that was a thing! Anyways, I'll leave you with this. Best bowling in the north west. Oh and... Happy Thanksgiving. Grateful for the workers that were working during the holiday weekend. They were very nice. First I would give no stars If I could. Before there remodel last year, I left a review for the Bowladrome. I described its poor condition inside and out. Lanes that always error and dropped pins. Old carpet, outdated outside and potholes in the parking lot. this just named a few of its problems. Even though the Bowladrome has addressed some of these problems, some still have have been ignored. This Sunday, On league night, A new a worse and problem came to light. I can only describe it as childish drama led by a drunk league president. This problem could have been resolved by removing the entitled whining customer that started the problem to begin with. Instead They banned a whole family. The same family, the entitled customer was directing her drama at. This family even had plans to have there soon to be 2 year old grandsons birthday there. I am posting this as someone that had a front row seat to see all of it. This is not what I call a family friendly business. Not after what I seen on Sunday night. I was not banned myself, but I expect full retaliation after the truth has been posted and this will not be the only location I post this. I would think, the owner would be a little more careful on how the did business. Last year he spent close to 679,000 dollars in improvements and the total value of his business is set at only 1,034,110. Smarter decisions need to be made here if they plan on staying open. read more

I went bowling the other night and by the next morning my feet were on fire I had a good time but am paying for it now my toes look like hamburger meat I work in my feet and am very disappointed I had fun but at what cost a bacterial fungus from ur shoes not getting sprayed good I paid 44$ for fungus not happy at all. read more

I love this place and look forward to coming here once a week and I drive 100 miles round trip miles do it. I find ALL the staff to be very friendly and helpful. They have recently upgraded the pin setting machines and laid new carpet and remodeled the restrooms. The snack bar makes a good cheeseburger and fries. Whenever we ask the front desk to crank up the oldies on the loudspeaker so we can boogie while we bowl--they do it cheerfully. They have installed some big screen televisions so you can watch whatever game which is on while you are waiting for your turn to bowl. The $3 a game Thursday deal makes things affordable for this retiree. Again, I love this place! read more

My kid loves to bowl so we frequent the alley quite a bit. By no means is it a Lucky Strike. It is old and somewhat dilapidated. It's a small market, so I understand. Sometimes staff is friendly, sometimes completely apathetic. Food is average so that's a plus. My biggest qualm is with their bowling balls... Most of them are gouged and dinged so much you'd think you were Fred Flintstone. What's worse is that perhaps 2 balls have drill holes for men...big enough to put your fingers in...and they are never on the racks. Came in on Christmas Eve with my family to bowl a couple games. Thankful that they were open for sure!! Diane, older woman at the front desk was rude upon first impression, obnoxious with her passive aggressive announcements over the loud speaker while we were bowling, unfriendly & nasty all together. We could truly experience just how miserable that she is. Perhaps she needs attitude adjustment in customer service! The rest of the staff was friendly. Thanks for being open! The bar is great, the owners are good people, the food is good. However the jerk they have working the front desk named Mike makes the experience everytime we come here terrible. He doesnt look at you, he doesnt speak to you, he rips things out of your hands, and throws things back at you. I finally had enough of his bullshit tonight. My family bowls on league a total of 4 nights a week between all of us, which means we spend a lot of time and money here. This guys attitude makes me want to find another hobby. Walking into this establishment, i couldn't help but notice the drunk middle aged men at the bar screaming and making a scene. When i went to the cashier to purchase my bowling, i had to wait more than 5 minutes just for the cashier to acknowledge me and my group. Then, with a very sarcastic and rude tone said "you guys will not be getting a lane because we close soon." We came into the bowladrome at 8:10and it doesn't close until 9, and it was just me and my friend. When i asked her if we could just get on a lane for one game, she said "i already told you no." Overall, will not be returning unless this establishment fires their rude and disrespectful staff member. read more

We recently set out on a southern idaho bowling tour (the things you come up with when you have spring fever but the winter won't seem to go away and you live in a small town) and our first stop (after breakfast, gasoline and c-store to stock up on junk food and beer) was the Bowladrome. This is an old but classic alley. The lanes seem narrower than most although I've been assured they are not, but perhaps it is because they aren't synthetic. It was surprisingly busy for a Sunday morning but that's because from 9a-noon on Sundays you can bowl for a dollar! But I was most impressed with the cleanliness. It's not the type of cleanliness you typically find in older establishments, especially the bathroom. The staff was also friendly. One drawback - they don't pour draft beer until the afternoon, but you can get bottled beer if you are happy with Bud, Coors and the like. read more

Was excited to try this place out. Looked like it had a good atmosphere when walking in... but man was I wrong. Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Didn't acknowledge us standing at the front desk for at least 10 minutes. When they finally took the time to do their job they were rude and immediately made us uncomfortable. My husband and i have bowled at bowladrome since we were little kids. We haven't been around much in the last ten years but now live right down the street. My children absolutely love to bowl so we purchased the summer pass so they can bowl as much as they want throughout the summer. I did this because they love it, but honestly we aren't treated very well anytime we have been there in the last couple months. I always make sure my kids put there balls away and trash in the trash and they are very respectful. But it seems to me that the staff doesn't really want to deal with people. I'm not the only person I've seen ignored or mistreated. And it's the front counter and snack bar. I always leave a tip even for a couple drinks. So it shocks me that they still act like they would rather we don't stop. Honestly if there was another bowling alley in town I would probably go there at this point. But since my kids are so happy bowling we just put up with it. But tonight I took my kids because they worked hard and did their chores just to get there and very rudely be told we can't use our summer pass for cosmic bowl which would have been fine if i was told that when I purchased the pass. It said any time the bowling alley is open. So we drove all the way down to be told to screw off pretty much. Anyway i usually don't complain but this was pretty messed up after everything else. read more

The people who work the front are always so rude to the customers, when they aren't being rude they're straight ignoring us..Every time!! I spoke to the owner about them last time but he was so drunk I doubt he cared, he just said "customers say that all the time." Now today when the machines steal my kids' money the lady yelled and refused refunds saying "there's a tiny yellow no refund sign over there." This sign is 3"×3"!!!! And they expect that kids are gonna see and read this tiny sign! I don't think so, Just a way to steal kids money! This place sucks. read more

Crazy expensive. Two adults and two 5 year old children cost us $45.00 +$15.00 in consession for four drinks and an order of fries. It was 1pm and the place was dead.. Maybe I'm naïve, but I was expecting, "matinee," type prices for that time of day or at least for the 5 year olds. It was fun, but not $60.00 fun. I now know why the place was empty.
