The bowling alley is clean and organized and the staff was helpful. The location is easy to find and there is plenty of parking. Only criticism - they charged me $89.00 for two of us versus the special rate. I made the error of not getting a receipt but since I take pictures for Yelp, I was able to send a picture of the lane we were on along with the time and date there and give them enough details where they reimbursed me the difference. The manager said it's better to call prior to coming and reserve a lane for Saturday night. Kinda disappointing but luckily they had a nice Arcade area. Great deals 30-minutes for $10!! Frankie's Review - 3/5…read more While in town, we decided to visit Frankie's after it was recommended to me by my boss, and this time I had my husband and 12-year-old son with me. Overall, it was a nice way to spend time together as a family and gave us something fun to do during our visit. Frankie's offers a good variety of attractions, and my son especially enjoyed the rides, including the claw, roller coaster, and zero gravity experience. We also played putt-putt golf, which was enjoyable, though I personally found the course a bit less challenging than similar places I've visited before. The road course was also on the shorter side, but still fun for what it offered. One thing I would note is that the pricing felt a bit high, particularly for the arcade games and rides, especially considering some of the experiences are fairly brief. We also found the pizza to be a little overpriced, so we chose other food options as well as their burger and Philly cheesesteak. Unfortunately, one part of the experience that stood out in a less positive way was the customer service around some of the attractions. Several of the attendants seemed very nonchalant and disengaged, almost as if they were not very happy to be there. That kind of energy can affect the overall atmosphere and, for me, made it less likely that I would return or recommend it. We also had to wait for attendants to assist with some of the more interactive 3D-style games, which interrupted the flow of the experience. That being said, one of my personal favorites ended up being the carnival 3D shooting game, even though we did have to wait for an attendant before we could play. Once we got on, it was definitely one of the more enjoyable parts of the visit for me. On the positive side, it was not crowded during our visit, which made the experience much more relaxed and enjoyable. I especially enjoyed spending time in the arcade with my family, and that ended up being one of the highlights of our visit. I also want to mention our experience in the bar area with Olivia Jackson, who provided such warm and pleasant service. She was courteous, attentive, and truly showed genuine Southern hospitality. Her kindness and professionalism made us want to stay longer, and we ended up enjoying our food and family time even more because of her. She was definitely one of the bright spots of our visit. Overall, while I have visited similar entertainment venues that I personally enjoyed more, Frankie's still provided a decent family outing and a different experience while we were in town. I would rate it 3 out of 5 stars.

As one who is picky with pizza, I can say that the pizza here is "good." I wasn't too excited about it, though I'm glad to have a slice. The weekday crowd was slim. I imagine weekends are busier. Overall, I had a pleasant time and would enjoy another round of axe throwing. Or I can sit in the lounge seats at the front, sit at the bar, or come when there's a major sports event on TV.

There are a nice mix of experienced bowlers and newbs on the weekends, so it won't be too embarrassing if you blow. Do not try to go on a weekday anywhere near league night, they will unapologetically tell you that you are SOL.

Each course had a uniqueness that made it completely different from the other courses. Each course & hole had an activity thaw was an interactive experience. The cost for this activity was $16 for all 3 courses per person, great price for this experience. The staff were friendly and answered all my questions. I didn't eat but definitely bring a water bottle as they have refill station near the bathroom. The bathrooms were clean as well as the inside & on the courses. Employee was dusting the course in between people finishing their shots. The parking lot was huge, so definitely plenty of parking. I did see a sign indicating that there was additional parking in a separate lot, but it seemed kind of far away so I feel sorry for people who have to park there :) Anyway, we walked inside, got our play card, and got to work! Overall, it was pretty darn busy, with tons of teenagers and kids running around. The games were pretty fun but a bunch of them had minor issues or were just flat out broken (one of them even ate our money). It felt like the games were a little pricey but I didn't feel super ripped off. We did not try the food this time around. I guess I would come back? It's not the best arcade I've ever been to, but as long as you go in with the expectation that some of the machines are going to be busted, I think you'll have an OK experience.

I will never go here again and do not take your kids unless you're okay with someone berating them for something that was unintentional.
