The Parlor has an awesome setup with plenty of indoor seating and a covered, shaded outdoor area that's perfect for hanging out. We stopped by for lunch on a Monday and only two restaurants were open -- the pizza spot and Mob Grill. We decided to order at Mob Grill and really enjoyed it! We tried the burger basket, sliders with loaded French fries, and their Mob fried mozzarella moons. The burger was tasty, served on a fresh-baked bun, and the fries were loaded up with queso and pulled pork (we added jalapeños on the side for a kick). Everything hit the spot. Providence pizza is always a go to burrata one is fresh sweet savory and acidic all in one. Now if you get the level spicy 3 or more Nashville hot from rays chicken place beware I had one French fry and it felt like pins and needles - definitely something I would bet someone to eat....... Parlor made for a great date spot. Happy hour draft cocktails were surprisingly cheap, and the quality didn't disappoint. We went big with a huge pizza that was both generous in size and really solid in flavor. The highlight, though, was the service, the bartender Alex went above and beyond. Super accommodating and genuinely friendly, she made the whole experience feel easy, even helping me shake off a few pre-date nerves. I was really disappointed with my experience here. The poke bowl from Pachinko itself was not good -- the rice was hard, and the tuna was still cold like it hadn't been fully thawed, which made it really unpleasant to eat. The service made it even worse. When I asked if the poke bowl was a good size or if I should get a side with it, the employee taking my order gave me a nasty look and responded with "what?" in a rude tone. I repeated myself and she still didn't seem to understand, which was frustrating. She had AirPods in, so that may have been part of the issue, but it came across as unprofessional. It also wasn't busy at all, so there really wasn't an excuse for both the food and service to be this poor. Definitely not the experience I was expecting. read more

Great and fun food hall located in downtown Oklahoma City's Automobile Alley Historic District. We went to our friend's large pre-wedding party where they reserved the entire 2nd floor upstairs bar space on a Friday night. The bartenders were all very busy, but still managed to make a nice and strong Old Fashioned cocktail. I've had so many group gatherings here, and it's really great. The space is giant and classy with a touch of industrial. People walk around taking drink orders, but otherwise, it's all counter service for food. All of the food I've had here has been impressively good. It's great to take coworkers for lunch because everyone can find something they want. Parking is easiest across the street in the gravel lot. This place is so cool! I'm from Texas where we have food truck parks- this place kind of gave me that vibe, but instead of food trucks they all had different stands. I hesitate to use the term food court, as that brings to mind images of a mall in the 90s, but that is essentially what it is. I went with a group of 5 and we got food from 4 different places. Good place. It's very loud at peak times but broad offerings to meet anyone's likes and a comfy industrial setting. I've noticed the vendors are a little slow getting food out but everything I've had at any of the stands has been good. At this point, I don't think there's a visit to OKC without at least some consideration to check out Parlor. Over the last few years it's been a popular venue for all sorts of occasions: a casual meal in their growing food hall, a nice view, a live music destination, and a place to grab a drink. The developers have turned this warehouse into a very multifaceted spot that caters to all ages and groups. The end result is a space that enables hipsters, families, kids, and tourists like me, to gather and explore together in harmony. It was initially billed to me as a food hall, so I'm usually here to eat and drink. The food concepts have changed over the years, but one that has always stood out to me has been Providence Pizza Co (#1), which cranked out one of the better pizzas I've had in the this part of the country. To round out the rest of the food hall options, there is: Pachinko Parlor for sushi. Bad Nonnas for Italian pastas. Ray's Chicken Kitchen for chicken and waffles. Oh My Gogi for Korean American fusion. Mob Grill for artisan onion burgers Just Put An Egg On It for all things (bowls) eggs and vegan bowls. Parlor Bar, which is located on the 1st and 2nd floor, is where the adults are drinking and often times, watching a game on TV. They have numerous specials with a regular happy hour that happens from Tuesday-Friday between 2-6pm as well as a "reverse" happy hour that is every day from 10pm till close. They also offer 1/2 priced bottles of wine all day throughout the midweek (Tues, Weds, Thurs), and even have discounted brunch drink specials on the weekends. This was my first time going to the Parlor and I went for a birthday party. We had the entire rooftop to ourselves, and it was a beautiful view and very nice space. I went to the pizza restaurant (downstairs) and got the Hope Street, and this pizza was absolutely delicious. The man was very patient with me as I tried to decide what I wanted, knowing it was my first time there. There are several food options to choose from, and the drinks are delicious. This is a great venue for a night out with good food and drinks. It was bad-- a congraled blob of noodles gooped in an strong, claggy peanut sauce. Way too thick and goopy. No visible egg or vegetable. It was unedible for me. The rooftop patio was covered, and also had many heaters to make sure it wasn't cold. There was a TV for us to watch, and all the food was delicious.
