Make sure you see the itemized receipt because they automatically charge gratuity but won't say anything. They just give you a price of the drinks. When my friend asks to see the screen, the bartender rolled his eyes and turned the screen around and that's how we saw the gratuity. Everyone has probably been double tipping. There are so many other places in Charlotte with the same vibe and drinks that are worth the price. I don't think we will be returning.

Second order was delivered incomplete with 6 min of bowling left. Food was so disgusting and soggy that I wouldn't have fed it to my dog. I informed the manager to refund us and we went to Chipotle 3 min down the road to eat. Time will tell if I'm charged for food we didn't receive or food that wasn't edible! Needless to say, we will go somewhere else to bowl and will never step foot in this poorly run "establishment" again!
