Looked online and saw that they have Cosmic night every Friday and Saturdays from 7-10pm. Purchased tickets and decided to include to $5 meal tickets, which includes a mini personal pizza and drink. Perfect for kids who want a meal or something to snack on while they are playing. Arrived at 8pm and automatically felt the vibes. Lights are low and music playing. They have everything from wall climbing, the orbit, challenge court, bull riding, etc. They have a "lil zone" where toddlers can go inside and play with at their own pace. They have Lazer maze and other games besides trampoline jumping. They have a cafeteria that offers hot dogs, pizza nachos, snacks, and drinks. The kitchen stays open till 9 pm, but the front for drinks and snacks stays open till 10 pm. They also have a bar at the top of the park in they "Mezzanine" for adults. They stay open till 9 pm. They offer beers, seltzers, red and white wine, and beers. Unfortunately, when I went, they had run out of white wine. Good ambiance for parents to have a drink and the kids getting to let loose. Their website advertises toddler time on Tuesdays 10am - 1pm for children 6 and under. We arrived and were told at the desk that toddler time had been canceled because CMS schools were closed for the day. So we paid $56 for our twin 4 year olds to jump for an hour and a half just to realize that they're not tall enough for 2 of the attractions, they can't reach the ropes on the open trampoline area to zip line, the dodgeball pit was full of kids twice their size pelting each other with balls and the basketball area was also overrun by children too big for my twins to play with. After 45 minutes of walking around in circles we politely let the admission attendant know we were having less than a favorable time and he gave us a refund and left. This place is NOT for children under the age of 8. Also there's insulation hanging out of the ceiling. read more

The Big Air Trampoline was so much fun!! I came with a friend and we brought our 5 year old daughters to pay here for the first time. Compared to many other indoor playgrounds this one is cleaner and with much better spaces out. I paid $18 for one hour which is plenty since the activity level is very high I don't believe we will ever last more than an hour at least not without a quick snack and water break. A fun fact is that you can have beer while your kid has fun if your into that kinda of thing, this has been added to our rotation for places to go during winter or bad weather and still get some sweat in for my kiddo. The bathrooms are always dirty and lacking paper towels and toilet paper. They always smell like old pee. The rest of the facility isn't clean either. Me and my kids visited this big air location recently and we loved it. I especially love the fact that there were no foam cubes to fall into that emit all kinds of dust and germs into the air! The water dispenser was empty, and upon telling the employee behind the counter he said "ok" and walked away. So then we tried to get water from the drinking fountains and they were broken. The employees are completely indifferent. The bathrooms are disgusting. Clogged toilets, no paper towels, overflowing garbage cans, dirty surfaces. I think it's a lot to pay for what you get. Organized chaos is the best way to sum up the experience like most jump parks. The kiddos had a blast because there were many jump activities from the mechanical bull, dodge ball ( my kids favorite), air bags, battle beam, and the ninja course. The kitchen was backed up which made it difficult to place an order. At some point they stop taking orders all together to try to catch up on the 45 min wait time. Seating was also limited for parents/adults. It felt like we were always in the way of someone or something. We were there for a party but we didn't have access to the party space for the first 90 minutes while the kids jumped. But again, this left parents standing in the way. The whole party timeline could be revamped but that for another review The customer service was subpar. I was expecting a quick and easy check in process. Employees moved with NO sense of urgency. I understand the employees are often younger at these type of establishments. Save yourself the headache, and don't go on Saturday between 4pm- 6pm! It's busy and they are under staffed read more

If your a first time guest then you have to sign a waiver at the designated kiosk machine. They also have "Big Air" socks that you have to purchase if you are going to jump. FYI: You are able to jump in "Big Air" socks that you have previously purchased. The others washed their socks and brought em back to jump in on this visit. We ended up getting a pass to jump for two hours, which was more then enough time to enjoy all the different stations. Updating my review! Almost a year later and we have went a couple other times. Our most recent time was for a birthday we were hosting. So as mom of a birthday kid... We were pleased with the convenience of booking the party and having it at big air. Pretty easy to book, and they make it easy on you during the party as well. Our party host was very friendly and attentive during the party. They hand out pizza, cut the cake and cleanup the party room for you! Our only issue was check in, and that was because there was no one at the party desk check in so it took several minutes for a person to come over and check us in. Overall not a huge deal, as it was very busy but I think someone should always be at both desks just in case. *We have had birthday parties at other jump places in the past. Like most places the birthday jumper gets a shirt. Most memorable thing about Big Air, is they give the birthday jumper a shirt (they give 2 color options to choose from - orange or gray) AND a card. Inside the card is a one hour free jump session!!!! That's pretty cool. read more

I brought my summer camp kids here for a field trip, and they had a blast. Special shoutout to Samad and Lexi who we very patient with our large group of energetic kids. We had purchased one of the party packages that included pizza, drinks, and ice cream and the kids were ecstatic. We had a camper in our group who was not able to eat the pizza or ice cream, and they went out of their way to make sure he still felt included by making them a gluten-free pizza and replacing the ice cream with ICEE. Finally...a family entertainment venue that does it right. We drove 45 minutes after school for a special treat for our two boys, and we were not disappointed. It's a large facility with excellent sight lines, attractions, prices, and fun for everyone (even parents!) There's tons of seating for parents, including the centrally elevated parents lounge, complete with bar. It's easy to relax and keep an eye on your kids from there. They thought of everything just about. Lots of different jump options and specialty areas for jumpers of varying skill levels, from basic trampolines to advanced ninja warrior courses. Did I mention how bright and clean it is? The large number of attentive staff keep it clean and safe for everyone. The only thing I took one star off for was the food court. The pizza was good, but the quesadillas and fries were a "meh" rating of 5/10. Their soda fountain was also lukewarm and had no carbonation. Go for their drinks and pizza, and maybe skip the other food options. But don't get me wrong, they have a wide variety of options for lots of different palettes. Our group just had the most amazing experience at Big Air in Charlotte. We're a local middle school track team, and this was our end-of-season celebration. Scheduling our event was easy, so we were off to a good start, but once we arrived, it just felt like the staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of. We had planned our event for about 50 teenagers, and they were fully staffed on a Thursday evening for our group. Also, the pizza we had ordered was prepared on time (and delicious). The entire staff was very accommodating, and the overall atmosphere was so positive. Special thanks to our host Maritzza as well as Dexter, who were both so great. Everyone kept commenting on how awesome the whole experience was -- we will 100% be scheduling our next group celebration at this location. read more

They had more than 15 employees and only 2 at the front and the rest standing in the back in a huddle the majority of the 2 hours we were there. Multiple activities just vacant with closed signs and no monitors at any activities except dodgeball some of the time. Huge waste of $$. Couldn't even get anyone to serve us beer in the parent area. It was dirty, the 'referees' were goofing off with each other, knocking into customers with their football and basketball games, (made one young girl actually cry bc they hurt her), inviting friends on the trampolines with their shoes on, etc.. it was bad. My shoes got stolen, when I told the lady at the front she laughed and said 'again' and then reached out to a manager the manager came up and said there is nothing she could do. Well I was standing there another lady walked up with the same issue. I asked about the cameras and she said "they don't do anything" and that it's noted to secure belongings. Thankfully I had held onto my purse but there are so many shoes and shoe cubby's it didn't seem like an issue.. not even an I'm sorry from them or anything to try to make the situation better. After paying over $40 for my kids to jump for less than an hour and only taking my shoes off to assist them when they needed...it's super annoying that this was the response. If it's a reoccurring problem multiple times in a DAY do something different, it'll be better for customers and employees. read more
