Such a cool vibe. I love a frozen drink and I can always count on Starlight to have at least 1 option. The outside space is awesome, lots of different spaces to enjoy and hula hoops to have fun with. Nice neighborhood bar/venue to grab a good drink, have convo with old friends and make new friends. There is free street parking, but there is paid parking lot right across the street that isn't expensive at all. I opted for a mocktail and it was absolutely delish. This was our first time here but it was a very pleasant experience. We was at Neon Brush, not being an artist the class brought out our imagination. We were greeted with very friendly people upon entering. The bar was constantly busy as people prepared for their painting experience. Attended a Neon Sip & Paint event from Fever at this location, and I had a great time. I never knew this bar even existed (I'm in noda quite a bit) and was pleasantly surprised to find another gem in the area. The event itself was a VIBE! The black light, music, ambiance, people, and instructors were amazing. This was a more self paced, on your paint event. The instructors did come around to give ideas and help out if you needed them, but they provide stencils, tape, and other things to help get your creative juices flowing!! I will definitely attend one of these events again. The bar itself was cute and cozy! The bartender was super friendly and efficient. Unless you are actively looking for this place, it's quite easy to miss, being nestled in the middle of new apartments and construction going on in the area. We were able to snag a parking spot right in front of the building, but I did see people park in a lot across the street, which I believe you did have to pay for. It's such a small street that it can get cramped with people trying to park and walk to the location. The bar inside is small but plenty of lounge seating to choose from. I did see they have lots of events on select nights, and they do have games. This will be a lounge bar that I will be visiting a lot now that I know it exists. read more

I just attended a private event at this place, and it was great! LOCATION Even though this place is near Optimist Hall, it's a bit hidden. You will have to rely on your GPS to get you there. Parking lot is small, but there is street parking available. MENU They have a good selection of drinks, cocktails, beer and wine, and limited food items. Pretty cool place! Just recently started going here after living down the street for a while. The events here are super fun we went to a comedy night and it was quite entertaining! Staff is always super kind and there's a huge selection of beer, wine, etc. My favorite thing about this place is the queer community stronghold that it is. It can be tough as a lesbian couple to feel accepted and safe in bar spaces but this place really takes the cake, we love it! read more

What a gem! Hidden between two large buildings, dont drive past it. Went to an Imperfect Strangers event (they host a lot of different events) which was great and now here for Monday night Krazy Karaoke. Love the ambience, and the bartender Orion (cool name, huh?) who looks exactly like Daniel Ratcliffe (Harry Potter) makes the best drinks, he's a great mixologist! My friends and I love starlight on 22nd. They do awesome events. We have a tradition to do karaoke every Monday and you'll see many people with tons of talent! The bartender Oryan and the Karaoke Master , Gabriel , do a great job at making everyone feel welcomed and invited! Really cool spot! Nothing else really like it around Charlotte. Eclectic is the first word that comes to mind. I very open minded interior design. Came in on a random Saturday night for casual drinks and turned out this place is amazing and eclectic. Great outdoor area with new stage, outdoor games (Jenga, hula hoops, this golf baskets to pot). Cheap drinks. Great company. Also had the opportunity to meet son of the owners. Great mom and Pop bar to support in the local community! 10 out of 10 recommend. Orion is a great, young owner of this wonderful spot nested in the NODA district of Charlotte. Karaoke nights run every Monday from 7-10. Great atmosphere, incredible artwork on the interior, and an outdoor area packed with activities; cornhole, disc golf, and plenty of places to sit. read more

Starlight on 22nd is a cool new spot in Noda! Went in to celebrate a friend's birthday and the bartenders were super attentive and knowledgeable of the drinks and craft beer they offered. Large menu of beer, cocktails, and wine. Reasonably priced as well. Since it is a private "social club" there is a $1 membership fee for a year's membership, but you can add that to your tab at the bar which was an added perk! The highlight really is the different rooms they have, filled with quirky things like old phones, movie posters, and more. We huge out in the Audrey Hepburn room which was like having your own private room! There are TONS of games like Operation, Kerplunk, and Cards Against Humanity to play as well.
