It's hard to say where to start with Dakota and his team but it is easy to name all the incredible traits and abilities they have. I am not typically the type of person to rave about someone but Dakota has impressed me with his skills! The number one biggest thing Dakota did was sell my house fast and far above my listing price! 27k above my listing price!!! My house was maybe on the market for 12 hours and Dakota had people lined out the door to come see the place which resulted in 8 offers and none of them were at or below my original asking price.
