Instead of being open and honest about their establishment they are having people give fake reviews.** We rented this space for our toddlers 2nd birthday. Although the inside is a fun and welcoming environment for kids and parents, the host for our event was not welcoming at all. We had a horrible experience with her. They have an imagination station for kids to play freely with toys and all the host did the entire time was follow the children around and put all the toys back instead of letting the children feel free to play. It's like she wanted everything in exact order at all times! These are toddlers who want to play from station to station and all she did was interrupt them the entire time! This place also has a ball pit and she was yelling at 2-5 year olds like a mean old grandma to stop throwing the balls! She wouldn't allow the children to play, she hovered over them like a hawk. She ACTIVELY took a lollipop out of the mouths of 3 toddlers! Instead of coming to us or other parents to tell the babies no candy in the play area, she took it upon herself to take the candy from their mouths and throw it away. She also made the children clean up after themselves with the toys. These are guests!! And we paid ALOT of money for people to attend and have fun and she made them clean!! Instead of coming to the parents. Horrible horrible service. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone who has active children who love to play. All they will do is make the kids clean and cry. I expected so much more from this place. The host name was Mayela and she made all of the guests feel unwelcomed and uncomfortable.

Entry was $3 each even if you don't swim. Plenty of lifeguards on duty. The deepest area of the pool is 4 feet and the shallowest is 2ft 4 inches. Eases the mind about any drowning accidents. There's music playing the entire time and there's also a cool little water slide that requires a certain height to go down it, so that those will be able to to stand in the water after landing in the water. Being my first time, I had questions and different interactions with the staff and all were kind and helpful. Signs say no food, but there are vending machines with a sign that reads "use at your own risk". It's fitting because my first attempt at buying a bag of chips, I was shorted and the chips never came out. The second time (yea, I really wanted a snack), I went for a Reese's and it was a win. So yes...at your own risk. There's a little outdoor area for you to stand and dry without exiting. May be a cool place to bring the kids for the summer or even a small little birthday gathering. There's a splash pad outside for the littles and some picnic area seating under a couple of gazebos. First come, first serve I imagine. My kids wanna come back, so we we'll be back. A little over an hour was all we needed to enjoy.

I called called and called but no answer, and drove 20+ miles from Fort Bliss TX only to be told there is no open gym until May. On FSN sports website it says Open Gym Tuesday & Thursday starting "January 8, 2028" but obviously they need to update their website. As well as sending them a message on Facebook only to get ghosted after one message. The facility itself looked amazing and would have been a great place to play. Management needs to update their content and get a responsible person to answer the phone and facebook.

Upon picking her up for the last time she has poop running down her leg and I was forced to change her outside in the cold. To start, there was so much "miscommunication" and a huge language barrier. I've lived in multiple countries and know how to get around this issue well, but they were unwilling to take necessary actions to do so. Enrolling was great, but once my daughter was enrolled the issues began to pile up. If you or your children don't speak Spanish fluently do not enroll your children here. I told them I suspected a food allergy, and was informed that since I didn't have a doctors note that they couldn't be responsible, they would still give it to her because the state required, or I would have to bring all of her meals since she couldn't have certain types of fruit. We were sent home with other children's bottles, or without her things entirely. She has come home with scratches, bruises, and other issues and they NEVER would tell me how it happened. She's been in the care of others before and NEVER been as sick as she has been in the past 2 months. I was never allowed to see her inside playing with the other children. They only sent 2 pictures from her entire time being there.

It was very impactful on my education and I would 10/10 recommend. The teachers are wonderful. The general organization of the school is top tier. It also has fun events such as Book Fair and Movie Night(Rated G). There is also Bike Day and Field Day. Youcan even take Orchestra in 5th Grade! It's Physical Education is run excellently. In the 4th(Optional) and 5th(Standard), Tippin gets you ready for middle school by having students be taught by 2 teachers. One for ELA and one for Science and Math. The school is clean and the bathrooms are also very clean. This campus is a great place to receive your primary Pre-K through 5th Grade Education. I'm almost in high school now, but Tippin had made me a successful student. It is an A ranked school and is top ranked out of ALL elementary school in El Paso. It is a diverse school and many military kids go there.

It was a busy day and my daughter and my husband went in and waited close to 40 minutes to get their turn. They sat patiently on the bleachers with their gear. Same players were going back and forth to each cage. A couple of families came in after my daughter and they were helped right away and got them started batting. Not once did they offer to help my daughter. My husband got fed up and asked one of the parents if they were done. He didn't hear him so my husband had to raise his voice to get his attention. Apparently this person did not like that and got on my husband's face and told him there is no need to be rude. Two other male parents joined in against my husband and got one of the workers involved. At this point my husband was furious explaining the situation not only to the worker but everyone else who was there. He will certainly put in a word with Andy the manager who apparently was not there. Sadly they have lost buisness with us because of this.
