The professionalism has always been outstanding and it's rare for us to see bugs after treatments and when we do see them, it's generally ants. We've had a much wetter than usual spring and when we started seeing ants again, we called Valor. It wasn't our usual contract appointment, but nonetheless we explained our ant problem and they responded with a courtesy service the next day. Next day service is exceedingly rare. Their employee, Reuben arrived spot-on the time we were told to expect him. He said something that really struck me as premier customer service when he said, no matter that we sprayed in March, I am here to do whatever is needed to control your pest issues. His friendliness, professionalism and knowledge of the products he was using were impressive. After speaking with Toby's over the phone about the situation, they sent out two great guys that did a thorough inspection. Shortly after they did an extensive treatment of the home and also provided me with a great written report of their findings, including photos. Since this work was done, I have not seen one termite. They warrantied the work and overall, I am very impressed and would hire them again, without question.

Andy and Jason could had sold a treatment when I called for a quote, but they are honest and told me that no treatment was needed! The other termite inspector saw wood debris from a prior subfloor repair and mistaken it as termite damage, even though no live nor dead termite was found anywhere. Wheeldon is the best!!!

I went ahead and had them come out. Matt was friendly and professional. He put down glue traps and sprayed inside and out. I'm extremely happy to say none of the glue traps have caught any brown recluse spiders. They also mentioned if there ever was any problem with any kind of pests they'd be out to take care of it at no charge (I signed on to be sprayed every so often - this is a great benefit of being a "subscriber") Overall a great company who seemed to care about my family well being. Today Matt from Commonwealth showed up on time and listened to my wife and I. He then examined our problem areas, went out, got his sprayer and sprayed the entire inside of the house and did the same outside. Coming back in he explained what he did and what we should expect. None of the others did that. We will have Matt return if we have any problem in the future.
