Bought by OPC. Very poor communication. No more free inspection and price is higher as result. Service not as good as original Toby's.

I contracted with Toby's Pest Control for termite services. My home had already incurred significant damage due to termites and my goal was to eliminate any more destruction. After speaking with Toby's over the phone about the situation, they sent out two great guys that did a thorough inspection. Shortly after they did an extensive treatment of the home and also provided me with a great written report of their findings, including photos. Since this work was done, I have not seen one termite. They warrantied the work and overall, I am very impressed and would hire them again, without question. read more

Around 3 years ago my family & I moved into a home that literally could have been on that TV show about pest invasions. Our home was covered in spiders, all kinds. I called Toby's & informed them that we had spiders everywhere & that there was quite a few different kinds. I also told them that we knew for sure there had to of been a brown recluse nest under our house directly under the master bedroom, because they were everywhere. We hadn't slept in our room for over a month. My daughter had already been bit twice & had large infections on her arms. (Luckily not by the brown recluse.) Toby's came, treated, & left. We were so excited to sleep in our own bed, but was quickly put down. The brown recluse were even worse because Toby's smoked out underneath the house, causing them to all travel inside. (They only sprayed inside the home, no smoke.) I called & spoke with the receptionist & I was told that if it was brown recluse then they would need to smoke the inside as well. I was also told that we would have to pay for them to come out again & that we should have informed them of the brown recluse. (I did the first time.) Even though she doesn't remember me specifically telling her that...How is it the customers responsibility to know which types of pests they have in their home? Isn't that the exterminators knowledge? I know, for a fact, that the exterminator would have seen a brown recluse in our master bedroom while they were spraying. Therefore, he should have treated the way it needed to be. I guess with them..The customer needs to know exactly what species of pests are in their home, so we can inform them on how to do their job. read more

We had an issue with silverfish near our backdoor and spiders throughout as well. With a new grandbaby on the way, we decided enough is enough. Now we are thrilled to report these pests are GONE!! Our tech was on-time, friendly and got right to work. We appreciate his professionalism and ability to answer all our questions. We did not know silverfish can be a common sign of water damage nearby. Sure enough, we were able to find the issue and schedule the needed repair. So thankful our tech knew his stuff!
