I was so blessed to find Magically Repaired. Our icemaker just wasn't working right. I had called a different service and they actually made it worse. I called Magically Repaired and Josh came out to look at it. He was friendly and you could tell he knew what he was doing. He worked on my icemaker for a long time and accessed so many areas I don't believe the first service even knew about. After a period of time and things not improving, Josh said I needed a new icemaker and explained why. He returned the next week with a new icemaker and it works better than when we purchased it. My dryer stopped heating. I called Magically Repaired on Friday, they made an appointment for Monday morning. The technician called before he came. He quickly confirmed the heating element was burned out, and replaced it. He was in and out in less than an hour. It was a little pricey, but much less than replacing my dryer. read more

I made an appointment with Magically Repaired, and as a result of their high demand, it took 10 days to get a technician to get to us. When making that appointment, we were told we'd be contacted before someone came to our location, and they'd be there sometime between 10 and 1. When the day came for the technician to come work on our dryers, the technician refused to honor the 10 to 1 appointment made by Magically Repaired's scheduler with us, and instead said they'd already been to our location by 9am. When we conveyed this to the technician they said we'd need to call and reschedule, and wait another period of up to two weeks, before they'd come work on our equipment, again. At this point, we are very frustrated with the lack of communication between their scheduler and technicians. We will not be using their company's services, and advise anyone choosing to work with them to be mindful when waiting 10+ days for them to show up, that they don't honor their appointment times. They will show up whenever is convenient for them, and leave the burden to bear on their customers. I called their office 11 times between the hours of 9:30am and 10:30am to attempt to work this out before leaving this review of my experience, with no answer or call back. I feel this is an awful way for a small business to conduct themselves, and would suggest other customers to be advised of this before attempting to book Magically Repaired's services. read more

I felt over charged for the service received. My dishwasher wasn't draining so I thought I have a dishwasher problem. The guy got here, I told him the problem. He pulled off the chrome drain thing that is attached to the sink and turned the dishwasher on. A piece of plastic shot out of the tube and the problem was solved. The repair took less than 5 minutes. The guy charged me $94. I was prepared to pay $60-$70 because of the service call but $94?? Come on man! read more

Our dryer stopped heating suddenly and after going through some basic diagnostics myself it appeared the heating element was fried. Called Magically repaired and they came out the next day and had the repair finished in under an hour. Price was very fair as it was just just over what I could have gotten the part for online so very pleased over all. Highly recommended. read more

I called them when my washer started leaking. They had someone out the next day. He was very professional and explained exactly what my problem was and how much it would cost upon completion. I had to wait a day for parts and then he came back right away and had it fixed within the hour. The price was reasonable and he did good work. Our refrigerator of 5 years started leaking onto our wood floors. The freezer would freeze up and then thaw. I had dealt with this problem for quite some time and finally had enough. Called Magically Repaired and Jim came out. He recognized the problem right away and got our refrigerator working properly again. As he was repairing the refrigerator he took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Very professional and a joy to have in our home. When returning from picking up my wife at the airport in Nashville I found that my washer had stopped in mid cycle. Not knowing any repair services in this area I looked on Google and found magically repaired with two very good reviews at 3 p.m. on Friday afternoon I called and at 4:15 my washer had been repaired, service could not have been faster or more friendly and very reasonably priced I would refer them highly. read more
