When my wife reiterated the conversation she had at the drop off, he said that didn't happen. He admitting not tagging the items and that they have been sitting there for a long time, when asked, could get them done soon he said no way. I am a business owner and I understand mistakes happen what is unacceptable is the extreme rudeness and attitude to my wife and also the unwillingness to try and come to a conclusion.
