When my wife reiterated the conversation she had at the drop off, he said that didn't happen. He admitting not tagging the items and that they have been sitting there for a long time, when asked, could get them done soon he said no way. I am a business owner and I understand mistakes happen what is unacceptable is the extreme rudeness and attitude to my wife and also the unwillingness to try and come to a conclusion. Just a few reasons why I would highly recommend Shipwreck Boat Works…read more 1) Ryan is not pushy, took the time to educate me on things I didn't know about my pontoon or boats in general without making me feel stupid. 2) He did a great job fixing up my 1978 Sylvan pontoon with new carpet, seats, helm, etc. and let us provide our own accessories instead of buying through him. 3) He picked up our pontoon (for a fee of course) in fall and dropped it off in spring when it was finished. 4) I had the solenoid starter go bad on the outboard and he promptly came out to the lake to repair it. He charged a reasonable fee for the labor, parts, and coming out to the lake which was worth it considering I didn't have to pull it out of the water myself. 5) He has answered questions and provided solutions to help me diagnosis issues.
