Well, Doctor Johnson, after a careful examination went over every detail of what pervious and today's EKG reading really meant. In plain layman terms he explained in a very friendly manner what the results were, putting to rest the dreadful feeling of doom by simply stating "your results are simply put, you're in great shape." And looking at the whole person history Dr. Johnson came up with some positive suggestions to stay in good health. His friendly manner will put any patient at ease and his explanation of the process ensures one is fully informed about their concerns and all questions are answered. Can I recommend- Yes I can and Do!

He doesn't give advice or education it was just, here - take this medicine. He neglected to tell me my cholesterol was extremely elevated from a year ago. The only reason I found out is because I asked him what the results were, a year later. Mind you he saw me a month after that lipid panel was drawn. I shouldn't have to follow up on my test results, that's his job. That is called negligence and If I would have had harm caused because of it (example heart attack) I could have sued him and would have! His PA is NO better, Lauren Wilson, but I will write a seperate review on her because that's a whole different story. Listen folks, I am a RN with a BSN and I know healthcare, and this is NOT the man you want manageing your heart. He does not care and is ABSOLUTELY not thorough.

The office is clean, neat, and has a large selection of stylist glasses for shopping. After placing my glasses order, however the customer service dissipated. My glasses were late. The time required for production was predicted at a week and a half. It has been over two weeks and the order still reflects as "in process." When I call the office, I am either placed on an indefinite hold exceeding 15 minutes and no one returns to the call. Or, I am sent directly to voicemail and the call is not returned. If the only means to receive a status update is to physically visit the office, this is unacceptable.

I took a chance on going here as I seem to change companies almost every year due to inadequate service. As soon as I arrived I was greeted and asked what I needed! Rare these days. I was asked this by the other 2 people working there while I was there (I was there for over an hour because it takes me a long time to decide on frames). After picking out my frames I did get my lenses and price for them, a bit expensive due to them not accepting my EyeMed insurance, which was an error on my part reading the wrong location online. That is the only negative aspect of this was them not accepting my eye insurance. They seem to work with everyone, insurance or not, to get a better price than the base price. I was there long enough to see and hear interactions with other customers and I wasn't the only one who was waited on quickly and helped throughout their process. I picked up my glasses a few day's earlier than anticipated, Sally who assisted me did say it would be less than two weeks. She was great by the way! I was assisted immediately walking in even though he was already helping other people and another person walked in also behind me and was greeted just as nicely. This employee seemed to be the only one there at the time but still was helpful and very nice. My glasses fit great which is such a relief after a couple of years of glasses being such a mess. Thanks Stanton, Sally and everyone at the Bobby Jones new location!!

I was told this is a requirement even if you aren't sick. I was told it had been 1 year and 28 days since my last visit and they could no longer refill my BP medicine. I said the requirement to make an appointment even if I wasn't sick was a wrong. I come once a year for a physical and if make additional appointments only if I'm sick. The staff was uncaring. When asked what prescriptions I needed refilled, I told them. The staff didn't know what one of them was. When I told them the no generic name of one that reduces my pulse rate I was made fun of and talked about by the staff. They thought I couldn't hear them.
