It's a pity his demeanor and lack of business expertise deters from people supporting a local business. After 10 years of being a loyal customer (something which was acknowledged as meaningless in the handling of this issue with the owner), I am ready to cut ties with this business. Its operational shortcomings and unprofessional/incapable leadership do not warrant another dollar spent on its services. In summary, Lux Limo is not transparent about the fees it charges for service. It does not recognize or apologize when mistakes are made by those it employs. Then the driver couldn't find the church, the Maid of Honour had to direct him. He then took us for pictures and was found sleeping in the limo when we got back, without having the air on, so it was hotter than hell in there for us.
