Mail seems to go missing from this Post Office location. On 2 separate occasions recently, I have…read moredropped off a piece of mail inside the lobby drop off slot and both times it never arrives to its destination (out of state) In both cases it is the same recipient. Considering I am putting my return address on these envelopes, and they don't get back to me I can assume they are being intercepted and stolen in the mail room itself. When the same recipient sends me mail, I do eventually receive it although it takes like 10 days to do so. Conclusion is it is an internal issue. I am beyond pissed off. Pretty sad when you can't even count on your mail ever getting to its destination.

I have gone to Amscot twice to get documents notarized, but Amscot refused both times because they…read moredo not understand the content of the documents. The purpose of a Notary is to verify that the person signing the document is indeed that person by either reviewing their government-issued ID or personal knowledge of the person. The Notary does not need to know what the document says, and if it is confidential, they should not even be reading it at all. If you want to get something notarized, go to the UPS store instead of Amscot.

I have been going to this store for several years and the service has also been excellent until…read moreyesterday morning on 1/12/2026 at 11:00am. I had several packages that I wanted to send off. When I entered the store there was no one waiting. There was a young lady arguing with what appeared to be her ex partner and and issue with her children being dropped off at daycare. I waited until she came to the counter. I told her she was sorry she was having a bad morning. She began to tell the other people behind me to do the self service kiosk and was quite rude. I told her it was not their fault that she was in having a bad morning. She then told me to go to go to the kiosk as she quit and that they never staff adequately. All I wanted was a receipt that the items I had (large boxes) were sent. I am handicapped and it was an effort moving the boxes. I tried to find out who the owner are to place my discontent, but I couldn't find the information. I just wanted you to know. We all have bad days and bad news, but we don't have to take it out on customers. Thanks for listening and maybe this employee just need some redirection or training.

You can't just go about throwing your important documents and paperwork into the trash set you up for failure. So I did what any person should do. I suppose I humbly called my nearest UPS store to verify the shredding capabilities. It only came out to $3.98 and I actually rounded up so I would say that the price point for my peace of mind was more than well worth it JC had great customer service and apologize for the construction, but it was super easy to park right in front and I was in and out in a matter of moments. All in all, I'm glad that I called they had to verify the service was available and I appreciate JC for going above and beyond and reassuring me of the standard operating procedure for shredding documents at no point that I feel rushed or as though I was inconveniencing him with questions. I appreciate that very much and that is what our ends this place it's fifth star.
