Just one time I had a bad experience where the student was more into checking his phone than doing my service. Otherwise everyone has been wonderful. Of course you are trading value for time because most of the time they are wayyy slower but typically the instructor monitors them as they do the work. Like I just said that one time I had a bad experience and the instructor wasn't as good engaged either. Since I know I was coming back I didn't want to name names but took a while before coming back to make sure I didn't get the same student! So quality 4 stars because of the bad experience I had to call the instructor over several times value 4 stars because Again just that one time! The other experiences 5 stars! The second one, which I dropped off on August 6th, IS NOT EVEN IN THIER SYSTEM, so I have NO IDEA WHAT HAPPENED TO IT. But I keep my recipts, so this is going to prove to be a VERY EXPENSIVE MISTAKE FOR YOU, UPS! So BUYER BEWARE - IF YOU HAVE TO SHIP FROM THE UPS STORE ON NEW HAVEN, MAKE SURE YOU SAVE ALL YOUR RECEIPTS. Otherwise, do yourself a favor, and go to the UPS stores on PATRICK or WICKHAM. Loses an extra star for not having a trash can inside OR outside; the worker (who is not at fault and deserves a living wage) said the store "wanted to limit customers'" garbage or something like... I'm not sorry, if you are open to the public, then having public utilities and furniture, like trash cans, is not only for the benefit of the public, but also ensures the cleanliness and environmental quality of the area. (pictured is not on the Staples site, but of a similarly-sized and situated Office Depot down the road to show how EASY it is to provide). Plus, the store is sited on a lot that contributes to detrimental automotive-focused suburban design - especially by its impervious paving and vehicular circulatory areas and parking in what should be contributing to a denser, walkable, multi-modal environment.
