I took items from my mothers estate to have shipped back to my home in Texas. Susan was to box and ship the items. She was busy and said she'd get to it later. I got a call the next morning that the items were in 2 boxes and cost $166 for her packing and mailing. For that price I expected all to arrive safely. But no. One box had 2 ceramic 18 inch angels and both were broken. The box itself was fine. The angels had been wrapped once with a fine bubble wrap and a small sheet of flat bubble wrap between them. They obviously bumped against each other the whole way. When I called her about it she claimed she'd wrapped hundreds of boxes and never made mistakes. She said "someone" must have dropped them after they were delivered and broke them. I was the only one handling the boxes and the items and I could hear they were broken the minute I picked them up even before unwrapping them! She refused to take any blame. I'd give a 0 rating if I could. I'm disputing my charge and would say you need to go elsewhere. read more

Overcharges for UPS shipping by about 15%. Charges a $3 "handling" fee for shipping as well. Doesn't provide tracking numbers on the spot (you have to call back later). read more

Have delayed in writing this review, but decided I would. Very disappointed with this company. Twice I've had issues. The first time they shipped some very old bowls and they arrived broken and shattered. There was very little packaging to protect the bowls. Recently, my parents shipped a box of sentimental pottery items and one of the items was missing when I received the box. When I contacted the store the man I spoke with was very condescending and told me that the item that was missing must have flown away because he packed all three and had witnesses... I heard otherwise. He made no offers to replace or how he could make the situation better. The sad part is the item is worth much in sentimental value, but probably $6.00 in cost. My parents have spent a long of money sending packages to me throughout the years and they will NEVER do business with this company again! read more
