Because of their affiliation with Self Storage, I was able to book the units over the phone, even though every storage facility in the valley was closed. They opened the earliest of all locations--7am--and allowed for 24/7 access, rather than locking down at 10pm. The customer service was amazing. Arrangements were made to give us the first month free on both units, as well as a third unit when it looked like we were going to need to expand. Then they didn't penalize us at all when we ended up not needing the third unit! They went out of their way to get the units right across from each other, which proved to be crucial to the following week that we spent organizing everything. There is nothing more we possibly could have asked for. The facilities were clean and safe. The staff were professional and courteous and took every opportunity to go above and beyond. We even had a good time joking with the other patrons while we did our work :) The next time I need storage, this is the company I will call. I would be a fool to waste time and money anywhere else.

Manager couldn't care less, asked for some of my money back because I had just made a payment and was refused. Another reason to avoid this place is they have no room! They are trying to get as much money as possible but it is next to impossible or impossible to get in or out with a RV, travel trailer, or 5th wheel. Save yourself frustration and damage to your property, go somewhere else!!
