I found an amazing deal for Hamilton tickets out of state and was willing to make the trek over the weekend at the price of a lifetime so I made the purchase unbeknownst to me of all the negative reviews out here. I immediately received a confirmation email of the purchase to wait for an email with details for the electronic transfer of the tickets. Mind you the show is 4 days away so after 19 hours of no further word from the seller, I worried and found all these frightening reviews so I called my bank to see about disputing the charge which included the insurance in case I needed a refund. By the way when I reached out to the insurance company using the link they sent me, it said they could not locate a policy number with my name and number. So don't bother with the insurance in my opinion- just a way to give them an extra $25. The bank suggested I try to reach out before I perused the disputed so I emailed them using the same email I got with the confirmation number. I was polite, brief and asked for an update. I received a very professional and friendly email reply within 20 minutes suggesting I wait and explaining the process a little better about waiting for the seller to contact me via email. Then not 30 minutes later I received an email with the ticket transfer from Ticketmaster and after I signed into Ticketmaster I was able to transfer the tickets easily and quickly. Maybe it was luck but all worked out splendidly for me despite many of the other horrifying reviews. Just be patient, courteous and give them a chance because once they have payment your best bet is to use kindness as your weapon of choice and see how much further you will get like I did the very first time. Hope this helps some folks but I might stick to purchasing straight from Ticketmaster in the future but if you made a purchase and don't hear back quickly just send them a nice note to ask and you might be surprised at the outcome! read more

Absolute garbage. I ordered ADA tickets at 12:01 on Tuesday, May 5. On Wednesday, May 6, I received a text message to call about the tickets. On the call, I was told the tickets were no longer available and that they could put my disabled friend 2 rows above us. I stated that was not a good solution and requested a refund. Initially, I was told that a manager would have to approve the refund. I asked why they would even have to approve a refund when they were taking the seats we paid for. The same seats that accrued a 17% fee for no reason. Do NOT buy any tickets from these swindlers. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly unprofessional and rude. I was ordering tickets online for a local theatre and for our 2 tickets there ended up being an $11 internet processing fee. I called the number listed (which I thought was the theaters box-office but ended up being this call center) and asked if I ordered over the phone, if there would still be a fee applied or not. Instead of answering that question, she said she could sell me tickets and said prices start at $100+. I replied that the tickets I had in my cart were $47. She nastily replied "$47 with a $5.50 processing fee? You wasted my time" and hung up on me. I called back and before the first ring, she ended the call. I tried a few times and she denied the call each time. I called from another phone and she picked up instantly and I told her we had just spoken and she instantly hung up on me again and then refused calls from that phone. I know in my line of work, I am not allowed to ignore calls from customers no matter what mood I'm in. But to be nasty, unhelpful, imply I'm cheap, hang up on customers and on top of it all, lie about the price of tickets, feels very unprofessional and like a bit of a scam. This was a very disappointing experience. I purchased tickets weeks in advance for The Nutcracker in Austin and was told I would receive them the day of the show. I was concerned but was assured this was normal. On the day of the performance, I was emailed around noon and told the tickets I purchased were not available. I was offered an "upgrade" and agreed, just wanting to take my wife to the show. Later I was told those tickets were also unavailable. Then, just a few hours before the performance, I was informed that my account was closed and my order could not be filled at all. This was supposed to be a special occasion. My wife was excited and had even bought a new dress. The stress and disappointment at the last minute were unacceptable. I believed I was buying directly from the ballet, not a third-party reseller. I'll simply start with my experience. After the ticket delivery e-mail (4-8-26 delivery date), I waited for them, checking my MLB Ballpark app (as the e-mail said) for a couple of days. Nothing. Over 4 days I spent 1.5 hours on the phone, plus time searching the web and fiddling with the app. MLB customer service reps said there was nothing wrong with the app. You (BoxOfficeTicketSales.com) said you re-sent them. I waited more. The Guardians box office didn't find any record of the tickets, and finally said that BoxOfficeTicketSales.com was a 3rd party seller. Your web presence is highly deceptive: I would have checked out reviews before I purchased from you had that been clearer. Your customer service hours are seemingly built around when you want to staff it - the heart of work days are not ideal times to hang out on the phone for 20+ minutes to solve a problem you created. But I called again after trying over the weekend at 9 AM Monday 4-13-26 to find you're not open until 10AM when I'm in meetings. I arrange my schedule to set aside my lunch hour to call, and finally get a person. We're on for 29 minutes (ending at 1:48 PM) and he finds the tickets were successfully loaded, but into SeatGeek, not the MLB Ballpark app as your e-mail says. We can get into SeatGeek on the web (he initiated the account), but the SeatGeek app - which is required - will not send an e-mail to JEB224@georgetown.edu to verify. So, still no tickets actually available to me. My BoxOfficeTicketSales.com customer service rep then says he can't do anything about this particular problem (like actually delivering them to the MLB Ballpark as the e-mail said you would), and I have to call SeatGeek myself to fix the issue with the app. Incredible: delivered to the wrong location and then left to fend. I go back on the SeatGeek website to see what I can do, and find I can transfer the tickets. I tried that, and at last there are the tickets in my MLB Ballpark app. Only took 4 days, 1.5 hours on the phone, plus time searching the web for fixes, plus ... But wait, there's more. Now that I have them, I look up the seats right next to them on the Guardians site. You have literally quadrupled the price. At this point, I want a refund. I'll turn the tickets back and my wife and I will simply show up at the ballpark and buy tickets on Friday. This whole process has been deceptive, with horrendous service, flat out wrong in what I'm told where/how the tickets would be delivered, and leaving me in the lurch to solve the problem. And I'm overcharged grossly for the privilege. I have a close relative who has a decent social media presence, and one of the things he does is help friends and contacts with MLB tickets and recommendations - quite a bit actually. At this point, I'm ready to forward this e-mail to him to post so he doesn't mislead the folks in his network. I don't write often - ever, really. Wish I could give ZERO stars. Customer service is rude. I purchased tickets yesterday for an event in 30 days (not a big deal like Hamilton or a concert) and tickets won't be delivered until Jan. 1. I was suspicious when I was going through the purchase because I was unable to choose what seats I wanted. They upcharged general admission tickets from $5 to over $44. When I started researching today and read all the horror stories, I tried to get my money back. As I said customer service was rude. Refused to refund. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I was referred to them from the Dallas Stars phone line. I impulsively agreed to a 35% processing fee + $13 for phone assistance fee I wasn't told about. Ticket rep indicated he was assisting with best values. Your purchase has no refunds. After I purchased, I looked at ticket resale sites and the costs of our tickets were more than half price with taxes and fees everywhere else. The same day I got an email stating the concert is rescheduled for Jan 10, 2026 from the original Oct 11, 2025 show. My tickets had not even been processed yet and the sale was pending on my CC. Do not recommend this company. I googled Red Sox box office and called the number listed. I purchased what I thought were 2 tickets from the Red Sox box office. However, at the end of the call after the agent rattled off a spiel that I could barely understand and made me say yes to, I asked if this was the actual Red Sox box office. I was told no it wasn't. I was then told I would not get my tickets until 48 hours prior to the game. I explained to the agent this was not acceptable as my husband would be coming from Buffalo to Boston and would have to reserve a hotel room as well as purchase a plane ticket for my husband and his friend. It was a birthday gift. I did not want to incur those costs unless I had tickets in hand. We have purchased tickets prior from Red Sox and always received them immediately via email. I was told too bad for me. I already said yes, too late to cancel no refunds. And the agent hung up on me. I called back five minutes later. Spoke to another agent. I purchased Jon B****** tix thinking I was purchasing from the Bowl box office, as this came up when I queried the SB Bowl. I paid top dollar for tix just to learn I'm at the back top level as far out as possible. They waited till 3 days before the concert to release the tix and when I saw the lousy seats I called. Clearly, this is an intentional scam, as I was told I would get the best seats at that price. They had seats at the front of the venue for half of what I paid, and they would not fix the issue. This company should be shut down for fraud. The website looked like the SB bowl site so they are intentionally trying to trick the consumer. I contacted them and the guy was snarkey and totally unhelpful. I explained that the purchase page said the tickets were face value or better, so I looked at the better tickets, and offered to switch and he refused. I called today to ask about a concert that I was looking to buy tickets for. My question was what time frame the main performer takes stage, in which the guy stated nobody can answer that (which I was fine with and understood, even though later the venue was able to give me a timeframe). He said to me "are you buying tickets or not" and I responded "maybe but first I'm trying to make sure I can make it in town for the concert in time." He said "if you're not buying tickets, I'm hanging up." Mind you this entire conversation was 2 minutes so it isn't like I was consuming tons of his time.
