One restroom for the girls and it is not kept up. The space is uncomfortable and very crowded when you wait for your child's class. I will not get into specifics on all the reasons I pulled my child out of the class, but I will say cleanliness was the main reason. I asked for a partial refund and clearly didn't want a full refund as my child did attend some of the classes. I was met with emails from the owner on how following policy I should not get a refund. She emailed way too personally on how I should not give a negative review and how it would hurt her business. Again, I will not go into details, but feel that she should have given me a "partial" refund on the classes now missed and under the circumstances, not follow her policy. She sent me a $30 sign up fee and returned it to me only. No partial refund and I tore up her check as I feel on principal as I should have received what I asked for which was not a lot of money at all. I was given feedback from Tumble Kids on how cleanliness is a priority for them and how many times they clean etc. If they indeed do that, how come the lobby stinks? Come on! I was told it's because it is a gym and gyms smell. Seriously? I have been to many gyms with sweaty adults and the gym does not smell! Even the doors coming in are full of grimy hand prints. Windex them! Deodorize the lobby. The play area for little kids looks like you will catch something. Like a grimy daycare. I will never be back, will never recommend and shame on Tumble kids for not giving a partial refund under the circumstances. I am being very kind in my review for not mentioning more as my intention is not to hurt any business but bring awareness of any customer paying for services and not getting a clean environment. I will add that the teachers are nice and the kids do enjoy the gymnastic part of it. But in all reality, the gym is way too small to accommodate the amount of kids they have in the gym at one time. Each teacher tries to organize her group and teach among other kids jumping around them in other classes. There are courses built out all over the gym for the kids and they're different every week. They get especially creative around the holidays. They move around the gym to different stations with creative obstacle courses, like climbing along the rungs of a ladder and trying not to fall through the cracks into the swamp with the alligators or hopping over the witches hats on the balance beam! All this really keeps the kids engaged. The teachers are very patient as the little kids aren't usually following all of the directions and they keep the environment fun. Even when my son gets scared of new things, the instructors give the kids the space and support they need to get them motivated to participate. On top of making the classes super fun for the kids, Planet Gymnastics goes above and beyond and recognizes each kid periodically throughout the year with medals, giving them a sense of accomplishment and something to physically bring home for all of their hard work.

Only me and one other student showed up, and the place smelled like a sweat-fest (those ballerinas before us must have been workin' it). Teacher was casual, a very talented choreographer, and hungry because she kept going to the side of the studio to eat her dinner in between instructions. I didn't sweat (again, I think my body was tricked by the studio's aroma into thinking it wasn't necessary) but I did feel challenged by the routine. Only about 1/3 of the class time was dedicated to dancing; the rest was warm up moves, funkywalking across the floor, stretching, and ab exercises.
