Kudos to the clean organized store, but you will pay more money with mediocre service. PS: I bought pressure treated 6x6x8 fence posts, screws, and galvanized hardware for 2x4s. All which were available (same name brand) at big box store located 5 minutes from my house. Big box 10% more affordable. The salesman apologized for the difference and then told her that they would include delivery, set up and taxes. So mom went to the bank and got a check made out to them and returned. When she returned there was a different person there and started to write up the sale and added all of the things that she was told would be included she that's not what she was told and asked were the person that she talk to is. She was told that he was sent home because of the things he does and he is only good to set them up. Mom asked for the owner and she was told that is not the price and that the price quotes was a Christmas special and it was over. So my advice to anyone doing business with them make sure you get what ever price they tell you in writing because they will switch the price in you. Personally will not deal with them again and plan on letting the BBB know. Sham on them for trying to take advantage of an over 70 lady that was smart enough to see what was happening.

He said there was easily $45k worth of goods however when it was too late, and we added up his sticker prices, and being educated in antiques ourselves, we discovered that there was over $100k in antiques. He did not advertise the sale properly, he only posted on Estate Sales dot net. The first day, hardly anyone showed up. I realized that something was strange already prior to this so I posted on Facebook late the first night letting people know about the next day's sale. The second day of the estate sale was packed non-stop and everyone who came said that they learned about the sale from Facebook. On the first day he spent over $1000 himself, had his family members come and purchase antiques (spending thousands themselves) as well as friends of his. Mind you, he owns an antique store in downtown Ocean Springs and priced everything himself. He also did not allow us to make decisions about the cost when we would speak with people who were trying to purchase items. The second day of the sale, the lady who worked at the door who took the money told everyone that everything was 50% off. How can everything be 50% off to people who didn't even attend the first days sale??! In his contract, he said there would be a "clearance sale" but he was too busy so he couldn't come back and do that for a while. With my posts on Facebook, I had lots of people wanting things at full price, but he wouldn't allow me to sell anything. When he was finally able to come back and do the clearance sale (after we had to pay more for the house electricity, etc.) the house nearly became cleared out and we were left with nothing. $100k worth of antiques and we received less than $10k. Im not even sure how this is possible as with just having spoken with 3 people that were at the sale, they spent $3k alone. He's a professional thief and scam artist. I would not hire him again and would not recommend him to anyone. I hope my review saves others from being scammed.

It is with a heavy heart that I write this negative, honest and thoughtful review. As a local…read moresmall business owner for over 45 years, we try our best to support local business whenever possible, especially during the COVID-19 Pandemic. We recently replaced our outdated kitchen countertops with granite and installed a tile back splash. We contracted B & B Marble and Tile (2220 Pass Road, Gulfport, MS 39501) to do the work. Our experience since day one has been subpar at best. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are nonexistent. Most importantly, the customer service provided, specifically respectful and timely communication, have been unacceptable. Co-owner Sabrina Usher is an absolute challenge to do business with. We placed our order and paid a deposit on April 1st, and it took over 99 days for our installation to occur on July 8th. It is important to note that our piece of purchased granite was at their facility for over 7 weeks waiting for the install. The first scheduled installation was cancelled at the last minute so the co-owners could take a beach vacation to Florida. Our installation occurred and we immediately pointed out the following problems which needed to be addressed (photos attached): - Missing bullnose installation in one corner - Window sill granite is not polished while the countertops are - Uneven and haphazard tile work - Light switch left hanging from wall 35 day have elapsed since our installation and the problems have yet to be addressed, despite aggressive and courteous follow up on our behalf. Voice messages are not returned, and emails not responded to. This review was even provided to them in advance as a final opportunity to make the situation right. Please spend your hard-earned money elsewhere with someone who takes pride in their workmanship. There are several bad reviews posted to both Google reviews and Yelp which we had seen prior to hiring B & B. There is a "current alert" listed on the Better Business Bureau's website and they are not Better Business Bureau accredited. In retrospect, we should have listened to our fellow MS Coast residents regarding their experience, as ours seems to have been much the same. I can not, with good conscience, recommend B & B Marble and Tile of Gulfport in any way.
