Our family recently bought three pieces of furniture from Wright Furniture & Flooring. The…read moresalespeople were super helpful and friendly. We picked pieces from a line sold as a "higher quality" line. When our delivery arrived, two of the three pieces came in and were absolutely perfect. The third piece was defective. It had a clear manufacturer's defect. We did not accept delivery of the third piece. The delivery team took it "back to the shop" and came back in a short while with it "fixed." It was better but still not fixed, so we sent it it back again. In the past, when we have bought furniture from other dealers, we have had the option or returning defective products for a new one. After all, it is not the dealer's fault if the manufacturer made a mistake. However, this is not the case with Wright Furniture and Flooring. Apparently, if they receive a piece that is defective, they fix it in house and declare it new and in "good working order." That means, you MUST accept it as is. Anyone who has ever bought anything knows that if you alter a product, the seller will not accept it back if you alter it. Buyer beware that if you order something from Wright, they will not send it back to the manufacturer and get you a new one that is made properly. They will "fix" it. They will also not refund your money for a faulty product because it is not their fault. They will not offer you a store credit, they will not offer a refund, and they will change their story several times. And we were told that we cannot refuse delivery if the piece comes a third time and is still defective. They have deemed it fine, and so it must be so. The "fix" done by Wright will void any warranty from the manufacturer if there is one. So, be very careful about ordering something that is not on the showroom floor. The overall experience with the furniture shopping was good enough that we went back and ordered a large carpet piece to be made into a rug. We had planned on returning for additional rugs and maybe more furniture pieces if the need arose. The interactions we had about this one small piece of furniture have left such a sour taste in our mouths, that we will actively avoid doing business with them in the future. IF I buy ANYTHING from them again, I will NOT buy something I cannot inspect in store myself. I advise others to do the same.

We say no and we just want to look around. She ask if there is anything that is specific that you are looking for, we say no, we just want to look around. At first we wanted to look at the bed section. Very nice mattress and reasonable prices. We could just come back here and get some here. But the lady came back and kept staring at us. At first in my point of view, it look like she was giving us nasty looks at us for trying to enjoy the beds. We were simply trying to test out the beds and seeing if they were comforting. We weren't causing a lot of ruckus or anything. We didn't break anything and this lady kept staring. The boys and I agreed to look at other pieces of furniture. I found a place that had couches and we went to look. I look at the corner and it looks like the lady is trying to look for us. We were creeped out about it and we made an excuse to leave the store. He ran us thru the different modern options from a best technology water tube mattress, to memory foam, to Gel mattresses. Jeff gladly spent a lot of time with us; much of it sharing his vast sleep technology knowledge, he took the time to learn what we liked / didn't like, got re-acquainted, talked about their cat (now passed) 'Boots', hashed over some old history & learned what he has plans for in the near term. Eventually he helped us get a pretty good idea of what we really needed. While we were just looking on this visit and didn't end up buying anything just quite yet, we happily discovered that Jeff & Why Not is still our 1st Choice to go looking for bedding even after 37 years.
