My wife was very concerned about these being mailed, but the funeral home "assured" us the package would be carefully tracked and require a signature when it reached us. We found the cremains tossed on our front porch with no signature required. Research through the post office revealed that Lighthouse had "waived" the requirement for a signature -- precisely the opposite of what they promised. If I ever had an opportunity to do business with a funeral home in Amarillo, it would not be Lighthouse. Very poor service!
