Boyce is by far the best design and contracting company that we have worked with over the past 15 years. They do a great job of providing creative design ideas and developing a realistic budget that reduces surprises. We had them help us initially with a pool design to get a professional perspective on the options for our backyard. After comparing their proposal with other pool contractors, they were not the cheapest, but they definitely demonstrated the experience and quality you expect to pay a little extra. The dedicated project manager and mobile app to track progress were clear differentiators of their approach. When adjustments in the plan were necessary, Boyce communicated proactively to align expectations and were fair throughout the entire process (e.g. sometimes the utility companies or permitting process run on their own schedule...Boyce was very flexible throughout). We were lucky enough to hear about Boyce Design and Contracting thru a co-worker who highly recommended them for their work on backyard designs and renovations. Boyce Design transformed our backyard from an absolute mess into a woodland retreat. They installed a pool with spa, rebuilt our deck, and added an outdoor entertaining area with a kitchen and fireplace. This is a great landscape design build outfit. I used them to install a swimming pool, cabana with a pizza oven and a fire pit. From the beginning, the sales process was not pushy and they made adjustments to the design as I requested. At the beginning of the project, I was assigned a project manager and he was my main contact throughout the project. As questions came up during the project, I was able to contact him and I would have answers by the end of the day. The whole process was a lot smoother than I ever expected to be. Boyce designed and built our pool and cabana. The end result is awesome! Although it seemed we were making a change every week, it never seemed to be a problem and they were very responsive.
