First of all the service with a cashiers, and the stockers is exquisite you ask them a question and you get a sensible, friendly helpful answer that must reflect on management. THEN the range or selection of products and the amount of organic products that included is exciting and encouraging. I got my products but then did a tour of the store and was just overly impressed. Everything you need for daily life. Do yourself a favor even if you don't need anything go visit Chester Chester's market you'll be pleasantly surprised. This market is the main cafe, convenience store and gas station in a small rural town with a population of just over 150 residents. Service was friendly and prompt. Coffee was hot. I stopped in one morning to have breakfast. I ordered their Denver Omelet which is a three egg omelet filled with diced tomatoes, green peppers, onion and chunks of ham for $11.70. I added cheese for an additional 60 cents. It comes with hash browns and your choice of toast. Quite a hearty breakfast and very reasonably priced! I enjoyed the omelet so much that I went back the next day and ordered the same thing. There were 4 or 5 different folks working in the cafe / store when I was there. They seemed to share different roles from waiting, cashier, pumping gas and minding the store. The store itself carries a variety of essentials, frozen meats & seafoods, beverages and snack items, typical for many other convenience stores. Should I visit the area again in the future, I would definitely stop in for breakfast.

Groceries, drinks, hardware, medical, toiletries, pet, office, ranching, hunting, fishing, camping, yard, garden, clothing, plumbing, lumber, feed ... oh heck ... I can't name all the things in this great little store! Everything except a pharmacy. It's even great fun to just walk around downstairs and upstairs perusing. Before you know it you've been perusing for a long time! The young family that owns it are wonderful and all the employees are so courteous and helpful. I got everything for a nice BBQ chicken dinner with corn on the cob (plus some candy and other treats) for $40. The manager was very nice and came over to let me know he was there if I needed anything. I was originally going to buy ribs; however, they were frozen, and I needed something quickly defrosted to throw into a crock pot. The ribs did look very tasty, though. The meat selection overall is pretty good. There are even some asian food items in here. They had refrigerated yakisoba noodles and some asian sauces that are sometimes hard to find, especially in small towns. Next time I'm there, I will get ingredients for stir fry! Only knock is that they aren't open very late, but then again, nothing is really open after 7 pm except the Round Up Grill!

So Heppner Family Foods still will not accommodate me disability. They said they will shop for me…read moreand I am to give them my card AND PIN NUMBER to pay. We have called the owner and he said absolutely to NOT give out you pin number. The employees must either bring out a handheld device for me to pay or let me in to pay with out the mask long enough to pay. Knowing I would not have anyone home this weekend I had 1 of the boys go down and get me the food I need for the weekend. Well I realized today he got the wrong stuff. I had to take it down and exchange it for the right food. A employee came out I gave him the bag of food with the receipt. It turns out the right food cost $2 more. I was told I would not be allowed to go in a pay and they had no handheld device for me to pay on. I was tuned away with out any food at all. So until my children come home after the weekend I will have nothing I can eat. Thank you Heppner Family Foods. Your employees and customers come and go and few are even wearing a mask correctly, their dirty hands are all over everything yet a disabled person can't go in for 30 seconds to pay for their food.
