This market is the main cafe, convenience store and gas station in a small rural town with a population of just over 150 residents. Service was friendly and prompt. Coffee was hot. I stopped in one morning to have breakfast. I ordered their Denver Omelet which is a three egg omelet filled with diced tomatoes, green peppers, onion and chunks of ham for $11.70. I added cheese for an additional 60 cents. It comes with hash browns and your choice of toast. Quite a hearty breakfast and very reasonably priced! I enjoyed the omelet so much that I went back the next day and ordered the same thing. There were 4 or 5 different folks working in the cafe / store when I was there. They seemed to share different roles from waiting, cashier, pumping gas and minding the store. The store itself carries a variety of essentials, frozen meats & seafoods, beverages and snack items, typical for many other convenience stores. Should I visit the area again in the future, I would definitely stop in for breakfast.

The atmosphere inside is warm and pleasant, and the staff are consistently kind and helpful. It's the kind of place where you can quickly grab supplies without feeling rushed. What I appreciate most is the convenience everything you might need is right there, which saves you from having to drive miles down the road. You know, for being a small town grocery store, I was pretty impressed with the variety of items in…read morethis store! I came here to get supplies to cook dinner for my friend. I got everything for a nice BBQ chicken dinner with corn on the cob (plus some candy and other treats) for $40. The manager was very nice and came over to let me know he was there if I needed anything. I was originally going to buy ribs; however, they were frozen, and I needed something quickly defrosted to throw into a crock pot. The ribs did look very tasty, though. The meat selection overall is pretty good. There are even some asian food items in here. They had refrigerated yakisoba noodles and some asian sauces that are sometimes hard to find, especially in small towns. Next time I'm there, I will get ingredients for stir fry! Only knock is that they aren't open very late, but then again, nothing is really open after 7 pm except the Round Up Grill!
