Although staff very nice and professional, I was charged nearly $300 (13 ITEMS TOTAL) for a few hems and dryer cleaning. They wanted to charge $55 for a summer dress 2 in hem lift that I paid $5.00, on a clearance rack. When i received my clothes back, they weren't even fresh! What exactly was cleaned here because it looks exactly the same as when it was dropped off. If the "stains" were unable to be removed the least they've could've done was inform me upon pick up. smh a complete robbery. I haven't been here since I moved, which was in May 2021. Gregory, the owner provided great service then, and still does today! It's also military and police friendly. I was in the area and thought I did not see it, so I called up different dry cleaning locations to see if any offered "sewing" services. None of them did, I called this company by accident, via Google Maps and when I GPS it, it was the place I was looking for. Gregory answered and said they offer sewing services. I had told him the bottom button from my blazer was coming undone, but it was still attached to the string. He fixed it within seconds of me being there, and FREE of charge! The service here gives me hope that maybe great service from people who care about keeping you as a customer isn't a relic of a bygone era. I had a whole suit cleaned right before a trip they were very accommodating and went above and beyond. The price was also breathtakingly reasonable in time where everything is more expensive. I remember what my father used to pay for his weekly dry cleaning in the early 90s and the prices here surprised me, making me wonder how they keep the lights on. Me and my wife have been bringing our clothes to boys cleaners for a few years I would guess They seem to be open early in a very convenient to work with. We have never had an issue with this company. The clothes are always clean and they are already on time. The staff is really really friendly and accommodating Recently they found cash in one of the pockets. I'm guessing somewhere like $80-$100 and when we came to pick up our clothes two or three weeks later they had it in a little envelope ready for us. I would've never known and grateful that I'm working with people that have integrity, and are honest like this. My wife and I are so grateful for Greg! I called numerous local dry cleaners, and no one available past 4 PM to make a small sewing service. We needed it tonight, as my wife's graduation was scheduled to start tomorrow at 8 AM. Most sewing facilities were not opened till 9 AM. I don't even live near Glendora, but I always bring my clothes here. Great service, very friendly staff and they always do a great job on my clothes. I've taken my clothes to other places, but most refused to do them because of cat hair. I understand the concern so I don't get upset, but it is frustrating to not be able to get my clothes cleaned. Here at boys, they have no issues and I always get my clothes, cat hair, free, and iron to perfection. i came to this cleaners because of the good reviews online and via word of mouth. the guys in there are super nice and cool so this is nothing against their service. i took my skirt in to have the zipper replaced and it was an absolute mess when i got it back. i paid $24 for the seams to be open and frayed. they didn't even hem the fabric underneath so there are tiny fabric hairs shedding everywhere. very disappointed for how much i paid to get the zipper replaced, actually a little ridiculous in my opinion. i'm sure they're great for dry cleaning, but i don't recommend for any hemming or zipper replacements. read more
