I recently got married and had to decide if I wanted to get my wedding gown preserved or not. After some research, I found a few specialists but they were really far from home and a bit pricey. I wasn't looking to spend too much on preserving my dress since you never know if you'll ever pass it along or wear it again. I knew I had to get my second look dry cleaned anyways so before I drove all the way to Costa Mesa for a quote from a dress preservation company, I did some research and noticed S Grand cleaners had good reviews and offered dress preservation. They were able to give me a good deal since we had multiple pieces. My wedding gown turned out beautiful in the box! I also like that it has a window. The only downside is that it's a pretty large box to store but I'm also unsure if that's just because of the size of my dress. They did an amazing job and gave great customer service. For my second look outfit, I had gloves, a corset, scarf, and skirt. They were very dirty after the wedding. Full of my foundation and self tanner. I honestly did not think they would be able to get it all out but they did!!! I was in awe and very happy. I drop off sweaters and a soiree dress. Alex was very professional and friendly. The soiree dress has a lot of beads. I was afraid that the beads will fall during the cleaning process. Alex was very helpful. He gave me different options to make sure I will be comfortable with the process. I expected to receive my clothes after one week, instead I received a text after four days to pick them up. The clothes were very fresh, deodorized and crisp. This place is great and really helped me out! The owner is the nicest guy too! It was my first time going here. I am flying out today for work and needed a blazer steamed and pressed. I went yesterday about 3pm and he said he would do his best since it was so late in the day on a Saturday. Recently, i brought in an item that had a "do not dry clean" tag on it, and it had grease stains that I could not get out with a tide pen, zout spray or regular detergent.
