The owner Darrin came out and gave us a competitive quote (I got 5 total and they were in line with the lower of 2 others). You could tell from talking with him he is a strong believer in quality and has high standards. Maria in the office was fantastic, she is a very pleasant lady who handled all the paperwork and logistics flawlessly. The install team led by Dylan was amazing. The communication was really top notch. They showed up on time, he explained daily what they were doing, performed the work with expertise, covered our furniture when necessary for removing certain components, and they cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. When it came time for our inspection from the county, the inspector actually commented on how well the windows and slider were installed, and how good of quality the product was; He quoted the minimum ratings for Impact glass and highlighted how much more ours exceeded these minimums. He really sounded impressed which was pretty cool. This was so great to hear from someone who inspects windows every day, on the largest investment we have made in our home! Chris, Mike, Aaron, Dave and Walt were here for about 5 1/2 hours. They all were experienced, professional and completed a some what difficult project. My house was built in the late 50's so everything is not standard-sizing, etc., they did have to work through several issues. Everything passed inspection. There are some scratches, marks in the glass of the kitchen window and glass panel on the back door. Oscar came and noted everything and the glass panels are in the works to be replaced.
