I had written instructions on how I wanted it centered and had the top marked with a pink thread on the patch. They ignored it and centered it differently and it's crooked - no surprise. And the sewing is beginner level that I could do at home - long stitch, short stitch, up on patch edge, hard right turn into patch, threads coming undone on the backside. Crazy. Then he gave me a big eye roll when I complained and he just said it was difficult to do! Tell me that when I first asked. $22 for a homemade looking job. And it looks like they glued it on, so my latch is ruined if I try to redo it. Awful skill. Awful service. I won't ever go back

After inspection I was told it can be fixed and will try the best to make it be as less visible as possible at 85$ fee. Wish they had mentioned they don't such jobs. She didn't help pick any dresses, was pretty negative about my price range etc. BSB was the exact opposite! I had Liv as my stylist and she made me so comfortable and really listened to what I was looking for. The first dress she chose ended up being exactly what I was imagining and in my price range! They had a gorgeous selection and from the time I walked in to the time I left, I had a smile on my face. The whole team made my experience memorable and stress free.
