Came here to get a suit jacket cleaned and everything went smoothly. I ended up parking in a nearby lot, although they actually have a valet service at the back which seemed interesting. Anyway, my first experience at the venue itself was pretty straightforward - I walked in, handed my jacket to the cashier, got a ticket, and walked out. Granted, the cashier laughed at my (long) last name for quite a while, but I'm kind of used to that reaction, so whatever :) I actually didn't pick up the jacket for ~2.5 weeks because I was going on vacation, but they found it super quickly when I finally came in, so I was kind of impressed by that. The rate also seemed reasonable (although I don't do a ton of dry cleaning, so I guess it's possible my perception is slightly off). Overall, I would definitely come back here to get some suits cleaned. read more

This is my goto dry cleaner. For the most part every stain I've asked them to take out has been done. They are a bit pricey but so far I haven't had anything to complain about regarding the cleanings. Since I don't want to go through the effort of finding another dry cleaner, I'll continue to visit until the next increase makes me reconsider. read more

So so so pleased with Robinsville Cleaners. I came here after reading so many good reviews on stain removal. I have two silk dresses, one organza and one taffeta. The organza dress had foundation (makeup stain) on the collar and the taffeta dress had body lotion/oil stains. They were unsure if they could remove the stains from the taffeta, but they said they would give it a try if I was willing and I was desperate! They fixed both, good as new! Thank you! read more

AMAZING dry cleaners! The service was seriously beyond my expectations. The owners are very understanding and really know what they're doing. My clothes always come out pristine and this place always managed to get all my stains out (even though they're a week old) I especially love the tailor here. I always need pants hemmed and dresses altered so finding a good tailor is very important to me. The best thing I like about this tailor is that she does very unconventional jobs. One of my knit sweaters became unraveled and she fixed in no time! It was like the sweater never even came undone. They also do free delivery and same day service! I'm always doing things last minute so this is a huge plus for me. HIGHLY recommend this place! I have been to some of the other cleaners around here, and they are very low quality compared to this one. read more

They charged me $20 to sloppily hem a pair of women's dress pants. They used a visible straight stitch instead of a blind hem stitch, but used non-matching thread color, non-match stitch length, and a non-matching seam style (compared to the other visible seams on the pants). Won't be using them again :( read more

I wish I took a before and after picture of my jacket because this place did an incredible job as expected. I drive about 1 hour away to get my white canada goose dry cleaned here because they always get every single stain out. You can only imagine how easily a white jacket can get dirty especially during the winter time. They took their time and most importantly they are chemical free. I think the price was fair for the quality of care that you're receiving and these people are so sweet and friendly. Really makes you feel like your clothes is safe with them. 10/10 would recommend. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would! I brought a brand new pair of pants straight from the store to them to get shortened. NO DAMAGE anywhere. I get them back with a small cut on the bottom near the hemline and point it out them (I didn't even leave the store) and all they do is deny deny deny. "We didn't do this. How do you know we did this? I worked for a manufacturer and they damage things all the time." There are so many other cleaners and tailors in this area that I have no need to continue to be abused. Great Family Business! I have know this family for over 15 years and we would not take my clothes anywhere else. The service and attention to detail surpasses any other dry cleaners out there. It is about a 15 minute drive for me but it is worth. Although they offer a suburb pick and off and drop off service, I welcome the opportunity to visit and chat with my friends and see how things are going. With a seamstress that can mend and hem any garment to the kindest gentleman that welcomes each customer with a bright smile, this family owned business is the epitome a real locally own dry cleaners. Not only is their customer service amazing, but the quality of their work is impeccable. Bridal gowns, prom dresses, and dress shirts are cleaned and restored into their original form. I once brought in an evening gown with a bunch of loose sequin. This amazing woman repaired each of the sequins by hand and had it cleaned to pristine quality within four days. I love the seamstress and I, as a huge environmentalist, approve of the message that Robbinsville Cleaners gives out. PERC and those fake "green" cleaners choose to ignore the environment and the sensitive skin of our families. Robbinsville Cleaners uses water to clean and restore all your clothes back to their original form. Also, for my son with eczema, this dry cleaners cleans his clothes with such care that his favorite clothes don't bother him. I had a wonderful experience with Robbinsville Cleaners. I was given the job of finding a dry cleaner to clean and preserve my daughter's wedding gown. It was very daunting to me because I didn't want to be responsible for the gown getting damaged in any way. I asked friends, read reviews and explored my options. When I called Robbinsville Cleaners and spoke with John, I knew this was the place. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions and explain the procedure to me. After he cleaned the gown, I was able to go and inspect it before it was preserved in the sealed box.
