The card readers on the pumps do not work. I went inside and advised the gentleman at the cash register that this was a problem and that he might want to take a look at it because I thought maybe someone had placed a skimmer on the pump. He advised me that they had purposefully set this up so that the pumps will not work to take payment so that people have to come inside so they can make more sales. I'll be avoiding this one from now on because when I'm in a hurry, I don't need to be standing in line behind people buying lottery tickets. read more

This is a BP & Circle K. It can be confusing checking in because they used to be called Circle K and now it's listed as BP. But if you're looking for the BP/Circle K that's closest to cranes roost, this is it. Location is great, in walking distance to cranes roost park. Today (3/10/22) they are installing brand new gas pumps. I used to come here on a near daily basis. They used to hold on to their employees really well and I could say to them by name and they would ask how things were going if they hadn't seen me in a while. It was nice to be noticed and missed, ngl. But, something has changed in the last 6-8 months and there has been a lot of turnover. This led to some problems. For example: The soda & ice machines weren't getting cleaned properly and that black gooey mold was coming out with the ice and there was some gross build up around the hole where the ice comes out. (Needless to say, I owe a thank you to them for kicking my soda habit. I'm a silver linings kind of gal, haha.) In all honesty that was a scary gross health hazard and I'm glad it has now been resolved. There is still a lot of turnover with employees so I am concerned these issues could get neglected again. Not sure what has caused the extreme turnover but glad things started moving in a positive direction again as far as cleanliness. I'm obviously not coming in daily anymore, but I'm hopeful to continue to see improvement. There has been some remodeling inside the store, and like I mentioned above, they are putting in new pumps today. They have cold beer to grab for your cooler for a beach day. They have lots of snacks. Need to air up your tires? I think it's $1.50 and the machine takes credit card because who has that many quarters on hand. Lol. Basically, despite the downhill turn this location was taking, they've now been turning things around in the right direction. I hope they can get back to normal soon and also maintain it....and I feel hopeful they will. Hence 3 stars. Once some time has passed and if they achieve this I'll update my review. read more

I typically get gas wherever it's cheapest, as long as it is along my route. That means I find myself at Wawa or Racetrac or Costco, if it's convenient. However, during the pandemic, BP created a way to give back to healthcare providers. They had a website where you could prove your affiliation, and receive $0.50 off per gallon of gas, up to 20 gallons, with a coupon code at their gas stations. My car typically holds about 18-21 gallons of gas, depending how low I let the meter go.... so saving $0.50 a gallon is a great deal! I signed up for the promo and received two coupon codes. There was an expiration date on the codes but otherwise, you could use them at any BP gas station. The difficult part was figuring out how to actually use the coupon code at the pump. It took many attempts. I even witnessed an older man go inside the store to use his coupon code. That may have been the easiest way, but I wasn't about to go inside and wait in line during covid back in the peak season of covid. I would say this promo definitely changed my attitude towards BP gas. Now, if i'm in the area, I will get gas from this station because of their prior commitment to the community. It definitely improved their image. read more

Over the years, hubby and I have stopped here many times in the middle of the night on the way back from Jacksonville to Orlando. It's the perfect spot for us because it's just far enough out of Orlando so we don't have to worry about traffic, but still close enough so that we don't have to wait too long to pick up snacks and drinks because we're usually starving. Last night when we were leaving Orlando around midnight or so, we made our usual stop here. I'm slightly confused now because they still have the huge BP sign up, yet above the doors to the store it now says Circle K. So is it a BP or a Circle K? I dunno. I just know it's still here and I'm thankful! The lot is huge with numerous pumps and it is well lit outside. I always feel safe here. The store itself is pretty large as well and even late at night they still have hot foods available like hot dogs, nachos, and taquitos. I really love their CheddarWurst Smoked Sausage. They are so good! It could just be the fact it's always the middle of the night, but I'm not generally drunk or anything, so I think they really are that good. And they are cheap. I like cheap! You'll also find all your usual munchies here like chips, candy bars, etc. They also have cold sandwiches and subs you can grab. While they have the usual bottled soda, they always have a fountain drink machine and an icee machine. I love the fact they have a great cappuccino machine here. I'm usually craving something hot that late at night. The store is clean. The employees are friendly. And like I mentioned before, I feel nice and safe here. Gas does tend to be a little higher here, so we never purchase it here unless we REALLY need it. This convenience store/gas station is right off of I-10, so it makes it easy to pop off and on the interstate. read more

We made a quick stop for gas; and, filled up using the app. I selected the "print receipt" option; but, the pump was out of paper (pet peeve.) Well, that's no worries since the app saves each receipt, which I retreived and printed at home. Great discount on the first few fill-ups with the app! And, the added security of not having to swipe a card at the pump. Fantastic! read more

Normally, I wouldn't expect great customer service from a gas station but the employee's here were so helpful during my frantic coffee run. The inside was very clean and organized as was the outside. The coffee here is extremely good by the way! I was so surprised and disappointed in myself for never trying it before. They even have these little boosts you can put in your coffee which are basically like a shot of espresso (free). They're in the same section as the creamers if you want to try. read more
