Ripoff and scam spot, like many "Service" spots attached to gas stations. Went in for NYS inspection, and the guy, who spent more time on his phone than finishing the 15-20min inspection, winds up stating that my "wipers leave a streak." I laughed this off, asked the guy multiple times where this mythical "streak" was (HE TOTALLY MADE IT UP.....LITERALLY RESIDUAL WIPER FLUID LMFAO) even after clearing the twig stuck in one of the wipers with my fingers (thanks guy). Needless to say, but the @$$hole didn't want to pass the car for inspection, which itself is barely 4YRS old, of premium make, and was purchased used-off-lease just last year. That saying a mechanic will take advantage of you is what this place is all about!!! Had a nail in my tire which any auto shop would have charged me $10 for a plug but this guy insisted I needed a new tire because of the cracks.... Question don't all tires have cracks??.. little does he know I'm fluent in the SCAM. I said no thank you just plug the hole he huffed and puffed then charged $38 for a PLUG. Great prices. Probably bc the whole PR thing. The little shop inside has things you need sometimes. Easy to get in and out of with your car. You have to pay for AIR and vac though. The best gas stations have air free. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. read more

Hm...I come here for the convenience - it's the closest gas station to my home. It is the typical gas station with pumps powered by the solar panels up top. I guess "Beyond Petroleum" is an interesting name for a multinational that sells gasoline. This entire space is quite well-lit and easy for vehicles to access. If you prefer the credit card machine, it's right at the pump, though it's 10 cents more per gallon for using your credit card. Note that the debit card price is the same as cash. I use cash, but sometimes, the person behind the counter isn't the friendliest of people. I've also noticed that the people are in different types of moods depending upon what time of day it is. read more

I'm a big fan of BP gas...especially because it's supposed to have magical powers (invigorate). This location is not too far from the Cross Island Expressway and located on Northern Blvd, making it super convenient. The gas prices are about average and the 7 Eleven it's connected to is decent. read more

The cashier at this location during the evening shift on 2/14/15 had the worst customer service skills know to man. I am not sure if I should review the 7 eleven or the BP Gas station but I will post my review of the BP Gas station listing since that is where I checked in and all 7 eleven did was facilitate the cash receipt so that will be the indicator that the 7 eleven is the agent for Best Petroleum. As I walked in, I stood by one of the registers waiting for an attendant to help me. I saw one attendant counting money as if they closed out the registered. I didn't want to disturb their train of thought so I stood quietly. The attendant said "gas, what you want." I said "$12, pump Number 1, handing a $20, over." the attendant repeated "what" three times then it finally registered. I noticed an annoyed face while counting the return change and it was handed back to me in a belligerent manner. I will think twice before I return here for gas. In my opinion, the price is slightly above market value. I will take my business elsewhere like a few blocks away where a relatively new BP opened up accross the McDonald's or the hood old Mobile. read more

I Love this location. At least once a week I see the staff clean the pumps and when they see you they greet you with a smile. For that alone it is worth going out of the way just to come here to get gas. Location is perfect and prices are great (cash and credit are the same price). read more

If I could give zero stars to this place I would. None of the numbers on the key pads at the pump work. The worker at the register is too busy filling out a daily log to help you. Such a waste of time, 20 minutes to get gas. Pay a few cents more else where and save the headache! read more

I'm going out of my way to fill at this one. Reasons: location, price and I like BP because they are clean and I get the feeling that their gas is higher quality. The price at this location always good, same price for cash or credit cards. They also have diesel but I never fill that one. Store looks very small, never entered though, I always pay at the pump. Bp gas station just opened few months ago. It replaced the old Getty gas station. Air for tires cost $1 for 3 minutes. Gas prices are nice and competetive and they also have diesel fuel. What i like the most is cash or credit is the same price. read more

Yikes, horrible customer service. I pulled up to fill up on gas, and when the credit card reader didn't work (gave me an error message), I walked into the store to talk with the guy behind the counter. He basically said to hang up the gas pump and try the credit card reader again. So I walked out and tried it again; it didn't work (same error message), so I left and went to the gas station down the street, where my credit card worked perfectly. But seriously, the guy behind the counter could have walked out with me to the pump to see what was going on; instead he was busy behind the counter doing nothing (there were no other customers in the store), and as a result lost a customer who was about to fill up a full tank of gas! read more

Worst help ever! I went to this gas station at 7pm on Jan 20, 2020 asking for help to put air into my tire. The light indicator flashed on my dashboard in the morning but then other emergency lights came on around 7pm. I needed help because I had never put air into my tire. There were 3 South Asian men working at the time and each of them refused to help me. Very rude, will not be going there again! read more

This place is usually packed due to being in a heavy traffic area. They have a seven eleven available at the locations where you can pick up coffee, drinks, etc. Bathroom is available at this location. However sometimes they try to hard to up sell you stuff. read more

A big fan of BP gas for the invigorate and additives added to fuel. Firm believer it keeps my car running smoothly. I gave 3 stars because the service inside is not the best; Slow workers at the counter and it can get pretty aggravating. They also lost another star because of the gas prices. They're always 20-22 cents higher than the BP down the block (204 st & Northern) and charge even more for credit card. read more

This review is of the BP at the intersection of Northern Blvd. and 219 Street in Bayside New York. The gas pumps wouldn't accept cards, which is inconvenient, so you have to go inside to see the store clerk. The store clerk would only put a set amount on the pump so you can't just fill up the tank, inconvenient. The clerk was uninterested and not helpful which is why having properly operating pumps that accept cards is so important so one can avoid such interactions, again inconvenient. I actually left and gassed up elsewhere as I believe if my business is not appreciated I'll spend my money elsewhere and I'm glad I did. The BP on Horace Harding in Little Neck was 12 cents a gallon cheaper and more convenient. So shop around and don't tolerate bad customer service. read more

This review is for the 711 store that is on this location. I have been a customer here for a long time, but I will NOT be going back. The reason is that for the past few times I have noticed that advertise a price on the shelf, but they charge you a different price when you go to pay. For the second time I went there to buy their Beer that they advertise 2 for $3.50 and they charged $4.19 for it instead. Once you bring it to their attention, they make it sound like it is bottles deposit, tax, etc? Then once you prove to them that it is not that, then they play a game that is deducted on the bottom. Once again when you prove to them, that the numbers do not add up, they say the system is wrong, and do not even offer you the difference back, until you tell them I do not want the item, since it is not the correct price they are charging. ONLY then they say here is the difference back, without any apology. I know it does not sound like a lot of $ but when you do the math, it is 34% difference that they rob you!! read more
