Ok place for cheap food, snacks, and gas before heading out and heading back from work

I went to this 711 around midnight to pick up a six pack of beer and two limeade redbulls. I obained the redbulls first and then went to the alcohol section. I looked through the glass display to see which IPA was available. The Goose IPA was on the lower/middle shelf. Thus, I was "window shopping." When I went to open the glass door, a six pack (bottles) of a DIFFERENT beer immediately fell off the TOP of the shelf and shattered on the floor, spraying the drinks on my clothes and sneakers. I never touched any of the items inside of the case. Thus, the pack of beer was positioned precariously prior to my arrival to this 711. I opened the display with normal force. Long story short, anyone who would have opened this case would have ended in the same result/accident. A 711 employee came over after the incident; I did not see his name but he was in this 30's/40's with dark hair. I apologized immediately. The first thing he said to me was not, "Are you okay?" It was, "you are going to have to pay for this." I responded that I was not going to pay for this and explained how the beers fell from the top shelf when I simply opened the cabinet. I explained that I NEVER even had the opportunity to TOUCH any beverage. He responded, "if you needed something from there, you should have told me first." This is not a 711 location where the alcohol is locked; anyone is free to collect their beverages and bring them to the counter to pay. The employee repeated to me, "whatever happened, you are going to have to pay for this." I reiterated that I was not responsible for the improper placement of the drinks on the top shelf. I suggested that he watch the video recording; I noticed a camera nearby. When he said again that I was going to pay, I recommended to call the police so this can be sorted out. After this statement, he took my two redbulls off the coffee county and moved them away to another side and stated, "you cannot buy these; you need to leave and go somewhere else." I was not going to continue with this unprofessional employee and left the store...with no purchases in hand and a horrible "taste" in my mouth. I can see now from Yelp reviews that this location has 2.5 stars and pretty terrible customer service. From going there this morning, I feel that 2.5 stars is GENEROUS. What a ridiculous experience; shame on this franchise! read more

Came here to grab ice. With out exaggeration, All ice bags filled with melting ice. I noticed when I brought the bags to the counter. As the bags were leaking all over the register, I Asked the 711 staff, if the freezer wasn't working well. He answered only: yes. Then, rung me up. Not only did they not stop me from buying melting ice. They charge 6 dollars for a bag of ice. I left the ice on the counter and walked out. 7 eleven crooks. This was the first 7-11 that refused to payout my winning lottery tickets (1 to 5 dollar winnings). The first woman thought that I didn't speak English when I called her over (the employees were chatting away from the cashier desk) and she called someone near me that was swiping the floor. He then started lecturing me with broken English that I don't see the register closed and they dont accept winning lotteries...... what? I yelled at him with, compared to him, in perfect English and he was scared off. Then the woman came to the registrar, said sorry, and told me that only her boss can cash out the winning lottories and he comes after 4PM......... Fine. I will do it somewhere else. I went to get a cup of slurpee... only to find that the cups were infested with ants. I will never return here. Be aware. read more

I went in for a blueberry coffee and the staff explained they didn't have anymore. One gentleman asked if I would wait until they make a new one I said yes and the other staff member said no there's no more and I'm not making it now. I walked out and said thanks for such great customer service. read more

Wow I must say this place is garbage. Never in my life have I felt this way. This place gives you offers and don't honor them and then the manager tells you that anyone could post 7-eleven banners there but it's clearly there flyers it says 7-Eleven on them. Manager became very nasty and started screaming and then threw the banner on the floor. Very unprofessional and very sad that someone in management and a business that is so well known for someone to act this way. So sad. read more

It's a 7-Eleven that services the BP gas station that's also here. Prices are high, but if you're in a bind and need something, especially in the middle of the night, it's great. It's a convenience store, so high prices are to be expected. Coffee here smells so good and tastes okay, too! The place used to give out coffee for a fill up over 10 gallons. Those days are long over. read more

Nice place from a distance. I found many people just walking around the store and seem to be friends/relative of owner. Half of them stink so bad I almost threw up. Never going back read more

Typical 7/11 with a gas station. All your standard amenities, pretty clean and organized compared to some others.

I spilled water on the counter and got told I would need to go anyone else to check out because she "wasn't dealing" with me while she rolled her eyes ! oh yeah literally took 5 seconds to clean ! I walked out without anything never coming back.... not the first time they give me and other customers that kind of attitude... this is the LAST time I will be going into this 7/11 ... another costumer was so mad she walked out as well !
