I understood this was a favor, not an obligation, and I was fully prepared for them to say no if they couldn't help. Instead, the employee agreed to help but treated me with complete disrespect the entire time. He was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, making me feel like I had done something wrong simply by asking for assistance. No customer--or anyone asking for help--should be treated that way. I appreciate that my car was jumped, but basic courtesy costs nothing. If helping someone is such an inconvenience, it's better to politely decline than to make them feel unwelcome and disrespected. The lack of professionalism and customer service left a far worse impression than the dead battery itself. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this shop based on the way I was treated.

The most…read morerecent experience was bringing our Toyota Highlander in for NYS inspection--and I asked Neil to also check out the front brakes and the running board because at the local Toyota service, I had been advised that the front brakes/rotor needed replacement soon (estimate $700) and that the running board had a large crack underneath that needed to be replaced (estimate nearly $600). Neil checked it out--"The front brakes aren't even close to needing replacement" and "There is a broken bolt in the running board that we took care of for you." All auto repair shops should be as competent, honest, and fair as the Roslyn Car Care Center! Keep up the great work!

I go inside and asked why did you shut the pump and he's telling me I owe him $20 I said how would I owe you $20 I'm popping from my credit card I don't owe you anything he was extremely confused didn't quite understand I'm starting to get very heated I told him there's no way you're getting $20 from me I paid all my credit card and I advise you to call the police because I'm not paying you. Since I do some ride sharing and food delivery occasionally, I went with the Goodyear Comfortred Touring tires which give you a smoother ride than other tires. I also like that they had an 80k like warranty on them with all the driving I do. Also getting an oil change as well. I chose to wait, as it shouldn't take long. There is a seating area which has a gumball machine and an ATM, along with ample seating. The Optimum WiFi signal is strong here since they are right on 110. So if you're an optimum or altice customer, you should be able to access it for free as long as you know your login credentials. The bathroom is also very clean. Decent quality toilet paper too which is greatly appreciated. There is a diner within walking distance, as well as several fast food places if you want to grab a bite while waiting for your vehicle. There is even a Halal take out place right across the street at the Gulf station. Once again, my favorite auto mechanic shop around. They have always treated us fairly and efficiently. We have never had any "surprises" here. Highly recommended by my entire family.

The prices here are most times a…read morelittle lower than other locations.. they have long hoses that will reach the other side of the car if that is where you tank is location. Not usually a long wait... Remember you need your physical BJ's card to get the discount... and if you purchase items at BJ's with the gas tank sign, you save a little more. BJ's Mastercard holders will save a little more... Have a little patience when waiting and yes, in NY, you have to pump your own gas...
