It is much quieter than my previous car. I love the V6 3.3L engine, the sun roof; also, that the previous one owner had it routinely maintained, and that Rick never steered me wrong. In fact, he even met me halfway between my home and his dealership in Fredericksburg to deliver the car the same day I signed for it. Two words describe my dealing with Auto Experts over the past eleven months: HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY. The mechanic is Mike Powers, and he is knowledgeable and trustworthy. The prices at this shop are OUTSTANDING and the service performed is complete and high quality. Today (12/23/13), had a major oil quantity/oil seal problem on a Hyundai with 80,000 miles repaired in a total of six hours, including the time needed for Mike Powers to identify the problem and obtain parts locally. New parts installed, repairs tested, and car returned to me six hours later for half the cost of dealership rates. During the past eleven months, I have had two other major repairs performed here successfully, completely, also at half the cost of a dealer. While the building and shop are not much to look at, Mike the mechanic is knowledgeable, efficient, honest, polite and straightforward. I have had three, total, substantial repairs performed here in the past nine months (two for Hyundais and the other for a Toyota minivan -- each vehicle outside their bumper-to-bumper warranties), and their labor rates are much lower than the dealers, and parts costs are not loaded with markup. If there is a job they cannot do, they will tell you early. If having quality maintenance performed at affordable rates and on a reasonable schedule is what you are looking for, without TV and free wifi in the waiting area, then Auto Experts should be on your list to obtain quotes from. I will continue going back to them. Auto Experts is located behind Cambridge Auto Sales (Courthouse Road entrance located at 9810 Courthouse Road, across Courthouse Rd from Courtland High School and Food Lion; Smith Station Road entrance direct to the garage located at 6813 Smith Station Rd, beside the Twinbow convenience store). These are Shiesty dealers with no integrity and will put you in a worst condition than you started. They are really nice up front and after your dealing with beyond a loan shark. They lie about the vehicles, print the "car fax" and one rep will tel you everything and after you apply you won't be able to reach him again and the information from there will be completely different. Thinking like always debit cards are cash because the money comes directly out of your bank account. Not the case, Neighbor Mart charge credit\debit cards the same amount per gallon. I explained to the cashier and the manager that is misleading because debit cards are the same as cash. The manager explained that he still gets a bank charge on debit transactions so he only honors "green dollars" as cash. I told him he needs to post that credit and debit cards are the same amounts per gallon. "Buyer beware"
