GMC Jimmy, Silverado, Cavilier, ... each time he knew right of the top of his head, the extensive details surrounding the specific issue for the specific make, model, year. When I have the time and ability; I tend to try to fix my vehicles myself. Years ago, I was working on an exhuast system. I had no torches at the time. I was having a heck of a time with a few rusty bolts. I stopped in at Waldrops with a large section of exhaust. He took the time to break out his torch set and free the bolts that were giving me the pain, enabling me to return to my project and complete the job with ease. When I offered payment, he didnt except. Another instance, I purchased parts elsewhere, intending to make a repair myself but time didnt permit me. Waldrop fixed it, using the parts I brought in. This is a great small town family owned shop. I recommend service here for most vehicle makes and the majority of their issues.

I later asked if he put the bolt in and he said "I don't know, it was a shitty day that day". I asked if he test drove it... "no". 4 hour wait for a tow truck and no offer to reimburse. Now, we just picked it up from getting the rim fixed after the brake incident damaged it, and the engine light is now on!!

The (men's) restrooms aren't always pristine, but the rest of the store is usually pretty tidy. They have some parking for big rigs, but not many spaces. DEF is available here for diesel powered rigs of all sizes.
