For a Monday morning stop I am excited to report I was greeted by a smiley bubbly customer service…read moreprofessional named Janette. The facility was clean, well and stocked. Janette was answering phones, helping customers and working the cash register. I could hear her in excitement as I roamed the Isle looking for snacks. I also used the restroom during this stop. The signs were posted so I found it fast, the restroom was clean and well kept. A good stop close to the expressway with lots of parking. I felt very safe here.

The (men's) restrooms aren't always pristine, but the rest of the store is usually pretty tidy. In addition to roller grill items, pizza slices, hot sandwiches and cold sandwiches, they have a Subway inside. This is one of their few truck stop stores. They have some parking for big rigs, but not many spaces. DEF is available here for diesel powered rigs of all sizes.

The price of E85 should NEVER be above the price of regular gasoline. Ever. It has on several occasions, and I had said something to them. After I went inside last year and asked about the E85 price exceeding the price of regular for the second time, the issue was finally addressed and has not been a problem since. This is a location where you can use your Speedy Rewards card for an automatic 3 cent/gallon discount thanks to the Kroger station nearby. I've filled here a few times. The inside isn't the greatest - it's not by any means appalling, but it's not the cleanest either. The bathrooms could be a little bit cleaner. That said, I've never had any problems getting my coffee or pizza at this location.

Some of my favorite treats I like to get from QD are the chip dip, apple cider (thee best), muffins, and ice cream. They have convenient hours and tend to be open every day of the year. Staff is always friendly and fast to help you out or get you checked out. If you want to save a few pennies, they discount the donuts later in the day. Don't forget to use your reward card to earn points.

Well that wasn't the case it was the manager yelling at an employee in front of the entire store. My family and I left my children have never been around anything like that, and we will never return to that location. No one deserves that kind of treatment. I feel bad for the employees.

The girls behind the counter took nearly five minutes to ring me up. All I had were some donuts and mountain dew. They were complaining about their coworkers and wouldn't even stop to tell me my card went through. I asked for a bag for my items, luckily got one and didn't get a "have a good day" "thanks for stopping in". Nothing. They didn't stop talking. Ended up getting to work this morning and the donuts I got were about 3 weeks past the expiration date. Little things that can prevent customers from being agitated are not being addressed.
