The quality of Toepfer's work in the building was terrible. They painted walls incorrect colors, damaged floors and appliances, communicated timelines poorly, and whiffed on small details (such as returning cabinets with the correct number of shelves). I would never use Toepfer again for another project as it has been a constant time suck getting them to resolve the constant issues that have occurred.

The estimates are a little high compared to others, but I have learned it is because he builds in worst case scenario. They can do absolutely anything and have great ideas. What have I had done - kitchen sink repaired, stairs removed and replaced, hand rail fixed, all closets rebuilt, including custom build drawers. Install walk-in shower and floating sink/vanity. Install new medicine cabinets, new bathroom ceiling fans, light switches, tiling and regrout existing tiling. Install attic stair and renew installation and remodel as necessary. Painting walls and ceilings and install new flooring. Upgrade electrical panel and rewire home. Install power to an outside hot tub and add hot water bibb outdoors. Install emergency generator and wire directly to emergency panel. I mean it when I say they have done just about everything for us. Throughout the 6-8 week project, Gio sent me pictures so that I could track the work being done and see the progress that was being made. He transformed my outdated dark kitchen into a classic timeless beautiful white kitchen. The cabinets were sanded down and painted white, new white quartz countertops were installed, new kitchen hardware were installed, new appliances were installed, along with a new faucet and kitchen backsplash. Everything was installed on time, done correctly the first time, and in a professional manner.
