The walls in my bathroom and laundry room are literally only half-painted. Property Damage & Sloppiness: The crew didn't even bother to use painter's tape. As a result, there is paint splattered all over my baseboards. Outrageous Behavior: I have security cameras inside and outside of my house. The footage clearly shows their crew drinking and smoking inside my home for the entire duration of the job. Zero Accountability: When I reached out to management with the camera footage to get this mess resolved, they refused to take any responsibility. Instead of apologizing or offering to fix the damage, they got "smart," dismissive, and incredibly rude. It is completely unacceptable to take someone's money, treat their home like a bar, ruin their baseboards, and then act incredibly unprofessional when confronted with video proof.
