Then the manager took the brake assembly in his hands and tried to get it to move. It didn't budge. He tried telling me that was play in my "trailer arm"??? Whatever!! Anyway, after they put my tires back on my car, he handed me an estimate for $300 to do the "repairs" and told me he wasn't going to give me my inspection sticker unless I let them do the bogus repairs!!
